The Hampton family (Kevin, Wendy, Natalie, Braden & Ben) want to say thank you for the opportunity of spending a week in your condo at the Majestic. Everything was first class. We stayed the week of July 3rd-10th, 2010. Let me begin by starting with the owners. The Edward's made sure everything from booking to communication during the weeks leading up to our vacation went smoothly. Next, upon arrival, the parking spots in the garage across the street were quick access in and out on the 3rd level and not much more than 30 ft from air conditioned walkways. The accommodations exceeded our expectations! They have spared no expense to making sure you have everything you need once you are there. The view from the 21st floor especially on the fourth of July was awesome. You are at eye level with the helicopter tours up and down the grandstrand. The Majestic pools were great and about 20ft from the cystal clear beaches. We gambled with the oil but it paid off. Great wave action for us and the beach was spotless. If you enjoy para-sailing, jet skiing, or any other kind of water sport, it's on the grounds and easy access. Finally, our family and especially our children had the time of their lives. Though the weather was a bit cold the condo was warm and very comfortable. It is a home way from home. The Edwards go above and beyond to make your stay the best there is.Their hospitality is some thing we will not forget. We have stayed in other condos in PCB but will from now on only stay here. This is by FAR one of the nicest, if not the nicest condos you could rent on Panama City Beach! The Edwards' are the most wonderful people to rent from! They really take care of their guests. I would recommend this condo to anyone! If you want a great time, a beautiful vacation, and an awesome view, look no further! We have rented from them twice and I would never go anywhere else! What a wonderful surprise. These owners have thought of everything! There were toys for the beach, towels galore, wonderful electronics in every room, and the clocks with beach sounds to put you to sleep just topped it all off. Terrific view and fabulous balcony! We couldn't have been happier with the set up. We ate wonderful meals at the full dining area, it was great to have everything you could need. We loved the pools, indoor and out. It was great to have a place to swim and relax no matter the weather. We will definitely recommend this property to others! The Firefly restaurant was fabulous for our date night, excellent food! This was a wonderfully clean and secure area to bring our chldren.Thanks!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Edward's condo last week. It was just beautiful & felt so homey. There were six of us & we had plenty of room. It was nice that we didn't have to run out & buy sand toys for the kids & drag them home. The view of the ocean was beautiful & words can't describe how beautiful that sunset looks from up there. This condo's accommodations were perfect for a large family. With 4 kids and 4 adults, the amount of dishes and spots to sit were great! The games and movies came in handy. The extra towels and beach supplies was an extra perk. The condo is beautifully decorated with a great feel. The view is amazing. We will definitely try to stay here again next year. This summer, instead of dolphins, we saw stingrays swimming out in the ocean from the balcony. We love this place! Thanks!!

This was our third stay in Jim and Caroline's condo. As always, the accomodations were wonderful. This truly feels like a luxurious home away from home. The view is spectacular from the 21st floor where we watched dolphins, stingrays and even an occasional shark swim by. The kindness displayed by the Edward's is unmatched. We hope this was our third visit of many more to come. Thank you Jim and Caroline!!

Our group felt like we had just walked into a home rather than a rental when we arrived about a week and a half ago. We knew through reviews and pictures of the condo that we would be staying in luxury, especially compared to other spring breakers. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded. We all instantly felt as though we were in a place of our own, which added so much value to our vacation! We saw several other Majestic rooms - owned by the resort and privately-owned - and none even came close to this condo. The Majestic is a wonderful and safe place to stay. The two parking spaces provided were very convenient, especially for all of our Wal-Mart trips (which was right down the street!). This condo was conveniently located to all the PCB destinations on our list, and as far as location is concerned we could not have made a better choice! Being college students on a budget, we saved some money by cooking at 'home' and the kitchen is well-stocked with the pots/pans and other cooking utensils to do so. The balcony is beautiful (the quality of the inside decor flows right outside with the gorgeous tile and outdoor furniture), and the view from the 21st floor is amazing. The owner was so helpful in preparation before and during our trip; his friendliness and personableness cannot possibly be matched. The welcome packet is detailed so there is no question or chaos upon arrival, and walking in without a front desk 'check in' was perfect! If traveling to Panama City Beach, there is no doubt in my mind that this is the place to stay. Our group is already checking next year's Spring Break dates so we can come back! We are so thankful that we were able to stay in such a high-quality condo - we certainly had the best arrangements out of all the guests in PCB! We cannot thank the owners enough for allowing us to stay at their place. We had an unforgettable Spring Break and made many wonderful friends and memories!

Condo is absolutely first class - you will never go wrong renting this magnificient place. As well, the Majestic is such a well run, spotless facility. With the weather being a little cool, it was such a pleasure to have an indoor pool to make use of each day. If you are planning a holiday to Panama City Beach - run, don't walk - don't look elsewhere - book this condo!

We had a wonder time, thank you! Wonderful condo, it made our vacation that much nicer. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean. Everything was as advertised and much more! We cann't say enough about the view, WoW. We miss our morning coffee on the balcony and the evening sunsets. We watched for dolphins everyday. The location of the condo was great. We did not have to go far to play tourist, to go out for dinner, or the needed trips to Walmart. And to get to the beach you just had to go down the elevator and walk out the back door, perfect. The indoor pools are a plus. We are already missing it and wanting to go back to Florida!

We just got back from our wonderful stay at the Edward's condo, and my kids are already asking when we can go back! This place is truly amazing and must be seen to be believed! We stayed in a resort just down the street five years ago when we cam to PCB, and while it was really nice, it was no comparison to this! Simply having a room and a place for everyone so we were not all cramped together was so awesome. We traveled with our three young girls and my sister (the nanny). We took two days to get home and actually stayed in a hotel room about half-way home, and even though it was a suite, the noise level was hugely intense compared to what we had just come from! We also didn't spend near the money we thought we were going to have to because we were able to go to Wal-Mart (a trip we made about every other day since we kept forgetting things--it's handy having it just down the street!) to buy groceries and could just make anything we wanted right there with a completely stocked kitchen! Everyone at the resort was super friendly and helpful as were the Edwards. If I had a question, Jim always was right back to me right away on it. And if I called, he always answered right away. So if you are looking and researching for a place to stay, look no further! This place is top-of-the-line! And this is coming from a super-picky, uber control freak! We will DEFINETELY be booking our next vacation through them, that is, if they will host our crazy brood again! :o) Misty Houston

This condo is amazing!!! I made all the reservations through emailing from Iraq trying to go on leave. You were very very helpful in arranging the dates because of difficulty getting back to the states!! This condo was trully a blessing for my wife and I!! We enjoyed every minute of it! I cant thank you guys enough. As I lay here on my cot waiting to go back to the states for good, Im able to look at the beautiful pictures of the condo and remember how muchfun we had! We stayed in this fabulous condo for the second year in a row. We have rented many times from VRBO and have finally found a place we will call our vacation home every year. The Edward's go above and beyond to make you feel at home and everything in the condo is furnished just like home. From the sheets, mattresses, towels and even the shampoo and conditoner. The view is the best we have seen. We feel like we are sitting on top of the water sitting on the balcony in the relaxing reclining chairs. The Majestic had so much to offer that we never even need to leave the complex. My children had a great time and loved all the toys provided by the Edwards. I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to relax and have a true vacation.

This condo is truly amazing! It is bright, cheerful, clean and has everything you could imagine. When you walk in you immediately feel at home. The owners do such a good job getting you all the details up front and are very organized. Our nephews had a wonderful time with the bunk beds and body boards. we even spotted a few dolphins and a shark from the balcony. Patio furniture is fabulous. We used it for dinner and evening games with the family. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a clean, home-like place, but only if you will take care of it like others have!

Your beautiful home was magnificent. Celebrating my daughters 18th birthday with 5 of her friends was very enjoyable and memorable. We found ourselves sleeping till 0900 daily. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The linens were fantastic. I see you even have linen spray for the sheets. I plan on getting the spray for xmas presents. I was sure you had hired an interior decorator, when I found out Caroline had done it, how impressed I was. The front bathroom has the most beautiful shower curtain. I would love to know where you got it, so I could buy my daughter one. The week was so fun. The kids did it all. Parasailing, banana boat, snorkeling, jet ski rides, helicopter rides, margarita ville (yes we waited 2 hours) it was totally worth it. And the boys went deep sea fishing. Thank you for sharing you beautiful beach home with us. We would love to return someday, hopefully we can. Also all the packets and info you gave us was used daily. You had us so prepared for our stay. Let me also say that the Majestic Security is on top of it all. I failed to put my sign in the window of my car that we were legal to the parking space, I got a resort ticket. We put it in the car window and that took care of it. Also all guests must have a pool pass. I appreciate the tight security. A single mom with 6 teens wants every one safe. Thank you Edwards family for such a wonderful stay.

This condo was more that expected for a vacation rental. As the owner states this does appear to be their home away from home. Everything promised was there and in very good condition. This would be my first choice when going back to this area for vaction.

Owner response:Michelle and her family are the salt of the earth. While they were at our place, one of the faucet handles broke on the jacuzzi. Instead of calling to complain, they went to Home Depot, bought the correct handles and replaced them for us. Of course, it helps that her husband C.J. ois a licensed plumber! There is a lot more to the story of how great these people really are but we will let them share the whole story if you ask. What a wonderful condo. It felt like home and the Edward's went above and beyond in making this trip wonderful for us. This was our first time to the Gulf area and it was so beautiful. We rent every year from Owner's but have NEVER had an experience like this. The condo is so well furnished that we felt like it was home. The view is unbeleivable and we had everything at our fingertips. Starbuck's on site was great for the the kids and the pools were so much fun. The large shower and jacuzzi tub were great. The whole condo is decorated so beautiful and the linens and mattresses were heaven too. We spent alot of time on the balcony and really enjoyed ourselves. This is a top notch rental and I don't think it can get better than this. We hope to be back every year. Our 2 year old still wakes up in the mornings and says "Pretty Beach". We laugh and say yes, it was beautiful. Thanks to the Edwards, this is a trip to remember forever!

Just got back from a wonderful week in Panama City. Thank you to Jim for helping to make it such a great time. The condo is beautiful and so well thought out. We went with our family which includes a new grandchild. It really helped to have so many items we did not need to bring from home. Jim called to make sure we arrived safely and everything was as it should be. He advised us to contact him any time we needed. The place was so great, we never had to bother him. After a week in Jim and Carolyn's condo, my family never wanted to leave Florida. Everything in the condo was in excellent condition and the Edward's could not have been more accommodating. The location is perfect and the view from the balcony is spectacular. As a matter of fact, the highlight of our vacation was seeing a manatee make its way slowing up the shoreline from our balcony. What an absolutely wonderful experience we had at the Edwards condo last week! I don't think I'll be able to fully describe just how great this place is and how wonderful the Edwards treated me and my family. First of all, the condo is beautiful. This won't be your everyday Holiday Inn beach vacation visit, but a home away from home experience that just happens to have a beach in your backyard. Everything you need and things you didn't think you'd need were all here. We had several friends that also spent the week in PCB in nearby condos, and they were very envious of our condo vs. their accomodations were they were staying. If you like a room with a view, this is your place. It was real cool to see the dolphins. The sunsets were incredible. Cooking on the electric grill worked very nice to avoid the hassle of 2 hour waits at restaurants during spring break week. The amenities were awesome! Pools, spas, Starbucks coffee, bar, etc... Parking was at definitely at premium during spring break week; but, not with this condo. 2 private parking spaces; thank you very much. Location, location, location. VERY close to all the grocery stores, favorite restaurants, and fun places for the kids to enjoy. Our family has definitely found a place we plan to visit again and it's nice to know that the hassle of trying to find a nice place to stay is over. We've found it at the Edwards condo! Lastly, I'd also like to add that from the moment I first spoke with Jim about the possibility of renting their condo, he has treated us as if we were family or that we've known each other for years. Not only have we found a new wonderful place to stay in PCB, I also know that we found some new friends as well.

I cannot thank the Edwards family enough for the care that they showed to us as renters. I'm a "hotel, room-service, spa treatment" type of person myself but after much research, my husband was convinced I would be happy with Jim and Caroline's condo for our family vacation. "Happy" is an understatement for my feelings about this home away from home. I was first impressed with how thorough Jim's information packet was. Everything was so detailed, he answered questions that I didn't even think to ask myself. He took care of everything ahead of time so that our arrival was seamless. He told us ahead of time details like where to unload the car and where to find the reserved parking spaces. He also let us know about all of the great amenities at Majestic Beach Towers. What was even more impressive were the amenities inside of the Edwards' actual unit. You literally will feel like you have arrived at a good friend's home. Every detail has been thought of. The furnishings are unlike what you will find in any hotel and likely any condo available for rent. It literally is like coming home. The colors of the walls, the fabric of the curtains, the painitings on the wall - you can tell that alot of thought and effort went into them all. Perhaps the best thing for me personally though was everything that Jim and Caroline provided and shared with us. We have a 1 1/2 year old son and a daughter on the way. It goes without saying that families with small children don't travel lightly. The Edwards' provided a high chair and a pack & play (both of which are VERY NICE models might I add) not to mention beach bags, great towels, umbrella etc. I even accidentally forgot shampoo & they provided that too! We made most of our meals "at home" and had everything we needed. There is nothing they haven't thought of. And I must recommend using the grill atleast once while you're there. It did a great job! This is the best family vacation that we've been on - even me "the Mommy" got to relax and enjoy the amazing views and atmosphere. And the views are definitely worth mentioning - they are are far more scenic and spectacular than from the lower units. We must have taken more than a dozen different sunset pictures. And at night you can't beat the stargazing from the balcony recliners! I cannot thank the Edwards family enough for the care that they showed to us as renters. I'm a "hotel, room-service, spa treatment" type of person myself but after much research, my husband was convinced I would be happy with Jim and Caroline's condo for our family vacation. "Happy" is an understatement for my feelings about this home away from home. I was first impressed with how thorough Jim's information packet was. Everything was so detailed, he answered questions that I didn't even think to ask myself. He took care of everything ahead of time so that our arrival was seamless. He told us ahead of time details like where to unload the car and where to find the reserved parking spaces. He also let us know about all of the great amenities at Majestic Beach Towers. What was even more impressive were the amenities inside of the Edwards' actual unit. You literally will feel like you have arrived at a good friend's home. Every detail has been thought of. The furnishings are unlike what you will find in any hotel and likely any condo available for rent. It literally is like coming home. The colors of the walls, the fabric of the curtains, the painitings on the wall - you can tell that alot of thought and effort went into them all. Perhaps the best thing for me personally though was everything that Jim and Caroline provided and shared with us. We have a 1 1/2 year old son and a daughter on the way. It goes without saying that families with small children don't travel lightly. The Edwards' provided a high chair and a pack & play (both of which are VERY NICE models might I add) not to mention beach bags, great towels, umbrella etc. I even accidentally forgot shampoo & they provided that too! We made most of our meals "at home" and had everything we needed. There is nothing they haven't thought of. And I must recommend using the grill atleast once while you're there. It did a great job! This is the best family vacation that we've been on - even me "the Mommy" got to relax and enjoy the amazing views and atmosphere. And the views are definitely worth mentioning - they are are far more scenic and spectacular than from the lower units. We must have taken more than a dozen different sunset pictures. And at night you can't beat the stargazing from the balcony recliners! A BIG thank you to Jim and Caroline both for the thought you put into this "home away from home", but also for the care and time that you gave us to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves! We are making a tradition of spending New Year's at this AWESOME place of rest and relaxation!! We have been here two years in a row and it only gets better. It really starts to feel like a home away from home. We cannot say enough about this condo and would highly recommend it as the one and only place to return to year after year.....we will definately be back!!

Preparing to complete my first book, I inquired about a place that was quiet and peaceful. Jim and Caroline shared with me they owned a condo in Pamana City Beach, FLorida. I took them up on the deal and headed to a quiet and peaceful place. What I did not know was how awesome, beautiful, breath taking and well decorated their place was! I cannot describe to you the overwhelming presence and tranquility at the Edwards condo. Everything you can think of is right at your finger tips. They put much thought into making every guest stay not only a memorable one but one you want to share with other who will appreciate the beauty and details of such a place of excellence. My new book will be in stores soon, there's no way I could write without mentioning the Majestic Towers, I was quite inspired! I must add, its now one of my favorite places to go by far! You don't want to delay in booking your time at the Majestic Towers, its worth the investment, your return...well, let's just say, ABUNDANACE!

By far, the nicest condo and greatest owners on the beach. Jim went above and beyond any other owner/establishment to take care of us during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed when we first got there and called periodically to see how we were. Jim and Caroline's condo was like being at home, not a hotel. They went above and beyond to share their amenities, everything from the beach towels to bubble bath. Their condo is furnished with state of the art electronics and brand new furnishings. The beds are new and top of the line, as well and the kitchen supplies and dishes. This is a classy place and requires respectable tenants who appreciate the finer aspects of renting. I have stayed at many places on PCB, again nothing stacks up against the genuine care and concern of the Edwards to make sure we had a wonderful stay at the nicest condo on the beach! Wow! We had an amazing vacation. The weather in October is absolutely beautiful! The condo was amazing - beautifully decorated rooms and lots of space. We were able to see a sea turtle 3 days and dolphins every day. We enjoyed the location of the Majestic Tower - it is close to everything! We will definately be back. It was our pleasure to stay at the Edward's condo. They go above what most condo owners would provide. They have lots of beach towels, beach bags, beach umbrella, high chair, pack & play, electric grill, etc at your disposal. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and they have bright beautiful colors. The view from the balcony is gorgeous; we say dolphins almost every morning & beautiful sunsets in the evening. The Edwards are great people and they want to make sure you have everything you need. I hope we will be able to go back again next year.

We tremendously enjoyed our week in Jim & Caroline's condo. Things went absolutely as planned upon our arrival at the condo. Jim had done a great job describing what we should expect (where to park, which keys go where) and our arrival was as smooth as could be. We unloaded our gear in the loading zone out front, then moved the car across the street into the parking structure and quickly found the reserved parking places. The parking lot was very well lit and secure - no concerns there. I have read (on the web) some stories of long check in lines and slow elevators at some PCB properties - we bypassed all the check-in lines (since Jim had already sent us the keys) and we didn't wait more than 30 sec for an elevator the entire week! After getting settled in, we had a wonderful week playing on the beach and in the pool. The condo and the rest of the Majestic Towers facility were just as Jim & Caroline had described it - couldn't be better. The pools were warm and clean, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We had absolutely no problems of any kind with the condo. We made breakfast every day and several large dinners during our stay, and always had all the kitchen and dining supplies we needed. The beds were wonderfully comfortable - like you'd put in your own place. Our family travels frequently and have stayed in many condos and resorts, and with no reservation I can highly recommend Jim & Caroline's place. We don't usually rent directly from owners, but Jim & Caroline went way beyond expectations to ensure our stay was a success (which it was!). We had breakfast on the patio table each morning. It was really special to sip that first cup of coffee while watching dolphins play in the clear Gulf water. We also saw manta rays (harmless!) feeding over the sandbars on several mornings. A highlight of our trip was going out after dark with our 5 year old daughter and catching the tiny sand crabs by flashlight. The crabs are quick, but a sneaky girl can catch one every now and then. At the end of the night we turned them all loose from the bucket, but our daughter keeps that memory and tells the story to her friends to this day (3 weeks later). If you're looking for top-notch accommodations on Panama City Beach, I think you'll be very pleased with Jim & Caroline's place. We certainly were, and we'll definitely be going back!

This is truly a special place and without hesitation I must say, the absolute best! Since 1997 we've made Seagrove and PCB our annual vacation home, but our destinations never as favorable as this! I searched diligently for the perfect condo, spending many hours researching the area, with all the new construction. I believe I've seen every new unit on the vrbo website and none can compare to this. PCB is going through quite a Renaissance and has changed so dramatically over the past few years, soon to be the Mecca of northen FL. It's amazing! I know how much it means to arrive and have all your expectations exceeded! That was only the beginning of our most cherished vacation. The Edwards are so genuine, caring and considerate and displayed such a spirit of warmth. They made us feel so at home. The condo is so pretty....it's just a pleasure to be in it! The decor is perfect, so tasteful, classy and elegant, yet extremely funtional. I got so many decorating ideas! Majestic Beach is a true resort with so much to offer...the amenities are second to none! You never have to leave, everything is right there. The parking facility, fitness center with wonderful sauna, movie theater, front desk and security staff so nice, the poolside bar and restaurant with great music playing...my husband was even able to watch the Red Sox on the outside flatscreen TV while dining by the pool! And yes, they won! The most memorable moments were those on the beach relaxing or searching for shells in the calm water with the little fish nibbling and swimming around you...the balcony views are breath-taking, the glistening emerald and blue ocean, the playful dolphins, who we saw almost every morning while having Starbucks coffee, the silly seagulls, the spectacular sunsets and my favorite...kicking back in those AWESOME recliners on the balcony and stargazing...so many shooting stars and Luna so big and bold. How nice to experience such majesty! A true time for reflection and connection. I could go on and on about how perfect the condo is and what special people the Edwards are....and as you can tell...really wish I was still there. All of this peace and beauty should be shared though, so enjoy as we did. We found our dream home in paradise...thanks to Jim & Caroline!

What a beautiful, wonderful place. If you ever need a permanent housekeeper call me first! The colors and decor are perfectly calming.
