This beautiful 1400 square feet condo is just 5 minutes from the airport and has just been renovated and decorated! With new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and new tile in the entry, this feels like home as you walk into the spacious living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and new carpet. The floor to ceiling patio doors lead you to the back patio with fabulous mountain views and the pool is just a few steps away!
The master bedroom has new carpet, a California King bed, TV, patio, large bathroom with double sinks and a huge walk in closet! The second bedroom has a King bed, TV, new carpet and privacy from the other bedroom.
We chose this location because we had stayed in Sunrise Villas before and had a wonderful stay! It is close to Starbucks, Ralphs Grocery Store, great restaurants and the NEW Smoketree Commons! The commons offer World Market, Michaels, Petco, Walgreens and Chipolte Mexican Grill! We think you will love it, too!
And, we have just partnered with Parrot Cove Lodge in Belize! This property is right on the beach and Andrew, the General Manager, is great! You will love it!! See it at parrotcovelodge
