Tropical Waters is on Ke Iki Beach, which is between world famous Sunset Beach and Waimea Bay. Every evening, enjoy the most breathtaking and stunning sunsets. Have fun snorkeling, exploring tide pools at Shark’s Cove, surfing, windsurfing, sunbathing and whale watching right outside your door. Secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city, relax in a quiet setting where time slows down but yet you’re only an hour away from the action in Waikiki and 45 minutes from the Honolulu International Airport.
Ulua Hale offers a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two full baths. Interior decorated with the elegance of Hawaiiana, all homes have teak furnishings, banana leaf woven chairs and plantation style ceiling fans.
And when you need a break in the day, you’ll be pleased how convenient our centralized location is. Only 3 minutes away, stop in at Foodland market for groceries and island delicacies such as sushi, mangoes and papayas. Foodland also has all your beach gear along with DVDs, daily local newspaper and snacks. Grab a steaming mocha latte or an icy cold frappuccino from Starbucks next door. Or if you’re looking to dine out or do some shopping, Haleiwa Town is just five miles away. Land lovers will enjoy the nearby bike path; be able to hike along breathtaking ridges; or take horseback riding tours. The Turtle Bay Resort is 15 minutes away offering two golf courses and fine dining. Further down in Laie is the Polynesian Cultural Center where you can experience an authentic Hawaiian luau (feast). Off-peak rate is $289/nt (Apr, May, Sep, Oct) with 5/nt min stay. Peak rate is
$349/nt (Jan 5 to Mar, Jun to Aug, Nov 1-14, Dec 1-11) with 5/nt min stay.
Holiday rate is $399/nt (Nov 15-30, Dec 12 to Jan 4) 10/nt min stay. Please
contact owner for further details. Add to rates 4.712% excise tax, 9.25% hotel
tax, $250 cleaning fee, $500 security deposit and reservation hold. Full amount
due within 60 days of beginning booking date. Security deposit refundable within
14 days of booking completion. Check in: 3:00 pm and Check out: 11:00 am.

The has was just as advertised. Truly relaxing. Minutes from local grocery store and Sharks Cove. Great location to do the whole North Shore drive and 10 minutes from Hale'Iwa which is a great little town. Would like to see you keep a stock of spices that every renter can add to, similar to ones that we had on the Big Island. Salt and pepper would have been nice. The house was clean and perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
