The villa and complex were exceptional. The villa had everything one could need along with beautiful decor and the double lanai with gas barbecue was superb! We found all beds to be very comfortable. Wailea Beach Villas

We had an amazing time at this property in mid January. My family and I travel to Hawaii from Alaska at least twice each winter and this is the first time we have been to Maui in 15 years. This whole complex is top notch. This particular unit is perfect for a good size family. The lanai was a perfect place for a relaxing evening. We had warm breezes throughout the week. The beach is one of the best I have been on in Hawaii. Just a short walk and the attendants were there to set us up with chairs and towels each day. Will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay. Our family of two adults and two teenage children didn't find a single need unmet. Service from Villa staff was excellent. Tracy is a natural concierge. We would defintely rent the unit again.

Hello Ann Just wanted to let you know everything is perfect. Also, you should definitely advertise the fact that you have the following amenities. I actually rented a high chair but when I saw you had one I cancelled it. You have: Blow Dryers in 2 bathrooms, Pack n' Play, High Chair, Kids dishes and cups. The home is beautiful - we are having a blast.

My wife and I just got back from a week at Gina's beautiful condo. We had a fantastic time. The condo itself is beautiful and huge. The master bedroom / bath / closet area is gigantic. The two guest bedrooms / bathrooms are also spacious. The main living space is perfect -- the kitchen, dining room and family room all blend together into a great, functional space. The kitchen has everything you need, including two sub-zero refrigerators and freezers, pots and pans, a blender, coffee maker, etc. There is seating at the kitchen island, plus a huge dining room table, plus tables outside on the lanai. The lanai deserves special mention. We spent hours out there. It has a nice view of the ocean and Molokini, and is a wonderful place to spend time. It is also huge! And the main windows of the family room open all the way up so you can sit inside but still get the ocean breeze. We also loved the resort itself. The gym is nice. There are two pools -- a family pool and an adult pool. Both of them were quiet, and there was plenty of space for us at either place on any day. The staff at the Wailea Beach Villas was great as well. The concierge (Tracy) and his staff were very helpful and friendly. So were the other guests. The location of the condo is great too. It is in the main penthouse building, so it is a short walk to the shops and restaurants at Wailea. The penthouse is about a 2 minute walk down to the adult pool and the beach. All in all we had a great experience and would highly recommend the condo to anyone -- from a couple to a family. It was great. Thank you Gina.

My family stayed in the condo for eight wonderful nights. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything you could possibly need was in it. We were very pleased with the resort. The grounds were gorgeous and the pool/beach attendants were happy to help out with anything we needed. We would definetly stay here again and highly recommend it!

The condo has everything you could need to have a great time in a home away from home. The amenities are better than most homes. The decor is beautiful and the villa is very clean. The kitchen, dining room and living room is a wonderful space for entertaining or just relaxing. All of the bedrooms and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stock with everything you need to cook and eat with and is of high quality. It is a very peaceful setting with views of the ocean and Molikini from the HUGE lanai (it's like an additional living space). The gas grill on the lanai is another plus! Just steps away from the Shops at Wailea. The Beach is great and the pools are awesome. Just ask one of the staff and they will set up umbrellas and chairs on the beach for you when you. The evening strolls are relaxing and picturesque, and the sunsets are beautiful. Gina is wonderful and is very responsive to any questions and needs. The place is a true definition of 5 star accommodations. After staying here, I could not imagine staying anywhere else the next time I visit Maui.

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for our group- 2 adults, 4 teens. Luxury with comfort and convenience. We enjoyed the view from the lanai and the large great room. The ping pong table turned out to be a big plus. I would definitely recommend over a hotel, as the kitchen is fantastic and there are so many restaurant options nearby.

The trip was great and the condo was better than Gina represents. It's new, has everything you could imagine a condo needs to have a great time. This place is outfitted better than most homes. It is interesting in that the condo is at the farthest end of the complex with respect to the beach but is closest to the Shops at Wailea. Since this property is a condo we found ourselves using the shops a lot, we usually ate breakfast at Longhi's, had a few lunches at Cheeseburger in Paradise and one dinner each at Tommy Bahama and Longhi's. The Beach is great, the pools are great, the staff sets up umbrellas and chairs on the beach for you when you walk down! The complex is very underused as most of the villas are private. Highly recommended, the condo is huge, the lanai is gigantic!!

My family and I usually you stay at the Kea Lani when we visit Wailea. It was not available for time we needed. We stayed at the Wailea Beach Villas (M112). WBV is an upscale resort and is by far a better property and better location in my opinion. We stayed in this unit for 10 days. Our daughter got married in Wailea and we had an intimate reception in the owners lounge at WBV. The owner of this property was a pleasure to work with. Vacationing can be stressful and Mrs. Kemsley made our trip and the planning of the wedding a breeze. We spent many early mornings and evenings enjoying the wrap around lanai, the view of Molokini was amazing. My husband, son-in-law and family were like children when they played the table games. We rented a car, but it was almost unnecessary because of how centrally located we were. The shops, pool and beach were all within walking distance. Although it seems the villa was always full of people, we never felt like we were on top of each other. This unit was very spacious. At the risk of sounding like an advertisement, we cannot wait until we can plan another vacation to Wailea. I am sure that we will stay nowhere else.

Hi Gina, Just wante to write and let you know how fabulous the condo was. Everything that was said by previous guests is right on. From the georgeous view to the convienient shopping, restaurants and everything else it was just wonderful. The beach was just a short walk from the condo and now I know why it is rated as one of the top beaches in the world. We even went up to the Grand Wailea pool bar ( a 2 minute walk from the beach) to buy our smoothies. Our son was married while we were there and we had a dinner for 22 on the main Lanai which the concierge helped us set up with a personal chef etc. It was just perfect! This condo is amazing! There are 2 sub zero refrigerators in the kitchen, full laundry and comfortably furnished- very high end, but not so fancy that you are afraid to touch anything. We have 3 young boys and it was perfect for us. The condo is stocked with extra towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen is also stocked with everything you could ever need, one of the best stocked units we've seen. The lanai has its own Viking gas grill and is probable double the size of most of the other units lanai, since it's on the corner. We sat out on the lanai and watched the stars every night. We even got to watch the fireworks from the Marriott next door. This unit also has an extra patio in front (I think this is the only unit with this feature). When we arrived, the kids saw the foosball and ping pong tables on the front patio, they were in heaven! This complex is the best place we've ever stayed, bar none. You get all the services of a top notch hotel with all of the conviences of a condo - the best of both worlds! The concierge staff was great, the shops at Wailea were closer than most hotel restaurants would be. My mom has difficulty walking far, so the staff even drove my mom down to the pool and beach in their golf carts. Everyone working at WBV was friendlier than anywhere else we went on Maui. WBV are expensive, but since we were going to need 2 rooms at the Grand Wailea, the overall cost ended up being less since we didn't have to eat out for every meal.

I have been vacationing in Wailea with my family for many years. This Property #M112 in the Wailea Beach Villas, is the best we have expierenced. From the fully appointed upscale kitchen to the beautiful furnishings and the large wrap around lanai with great views. This property is very private. My kids enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables on the back lanai. My wife and I are avid golfers, we couldn't have asked for a better location. We enjoyed many of the great restaurants that are just a 2 minute walk. I can't say enough about this expierence. This Villa met every one of our expectations and more.

This was a great experience at a premier condominium complex. The M112 unit was very nice with a nice view of Molokini Crater. The outdoor patio and grill area was excellent and larger than most other penthouse patios. The lower pool was nearly vacant during our entire 8-day stay which was great (i.e., quiet and relaxing). The entryway to the unit has a ping pong and foosball table. The staff was attentive and set up beach chairs/umbrellas for us everyday. There are endless options for food within a 5-10 minute walk. Our favorite meal was at Spago at the Four Seasons Resort. The master bedroom is very large with walk-in shower and large tub. There is an iPod docking station in the formal living area with ceiling-mounted speakers throughout the unit. The only negative about the condo is that the parking space is for a compact car - but who cares! There were plenty of other spots in the garage and in the front of the building. Great property!
