This property exceeded our expectations and provided a great home away from home for my family. 8 of us fit comfortably in the space and enjoyed the comforts of home - full kitchen, flat screen tvs with cable, decor and cleanliness. The location is close to Attitash, not far from Bretton Woods and close to other major attractions to keep busy any time of the year. The Seasons pool was fun for the children, we rented dvds and had a great, relaxing time away. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to using it again! Kathy and Bill
Owner response:Thank you Kathy and BIll for taking the time to write such a nice review. I workhard at making all my vactation rentals a great place and a great value. Kind regards, Mary

We stayed here for 4 nights the week of August 8th and the accomodations were perfect. We were staying with another faily and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo had everything we needed from linens to a well stocked kitchen. The kitchen and dining area were great as we were able to have our meals in without having to worry about the kids running amuck in a restaurant after a long day at Storyland. The location of the Season's was very convenient. Storyland and other area attractions are within a short drive. There is a grocey store up the road as well that had everything we needed for the week. This was a great place to stay and we would certainly recomend it to other families looking to stay in the area. We would certainly come back again. Thanks for your great hospitality.
Owner response:Thank you Jeff and family. I work really hard to make my place A1. Maybe in the future you will vist our vacation rental in Bozeman MT or Naples,FL. kind regards, Mary

My husband and I just returned from a wondeful one-week vacation at the Seasons with our two young boys. This condo was clean and well-maintained, very comfortable, quiet and perfect for young families; it was like home away from home. The young ones will especially enjoy the bunk beds! Great location too: close to restaurants and shopping in North Conway, hiking in the White Mountains, as well as amusement parks like Storyland and Santa's Village. There is so much to do in this beautiful area. We will be returning here, and will certainly stay in this condo again. Thanks Mary!

The condo is in a great location. It is very close to Attitash, Storyland and there are so many things to enjoy in North Conway. The condo is very comfortable, well maintained clean, quiet. It has a nice homey feel and the beds were comfortable. My son loved the bunk beds! We took advantage of the Club House arcade and pool which were very nice. There is so much to do and this is the perfect location. We had a great time and everything was ready for us when we arrive.
Owner response:I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay! Kind regards, Mary Lynch

I have been going to this immaculate condo for 10 years. The recent updates and flatscreen tv's are awesome. The owner is so helpful in answering any questions you might have regarding your stay (which is great if you have kids). I would recommend this property because of the condo itself and the ammenities with the pool, game room and tennis. We love to go to Black Mountain for pony rides, Storyland and Santa's Village in the spring and summer. In the winter, we ski at Cranmore and Attitash. We rent this condo 2 to 3 times per year and absoulutely love it.
Owner response:Thanks Shar, happy to have you and your family returning. Maybe in the future you will rent our place in Naples,FL or Bozeman,MT. They have the same feel and are beautiful places to visit. Kind regards, Mary

We all had a wonderful time. Travelled to the area for Storyland, less than 5 minutes away. Kids love the Seasons. They really like the pool. Unit is well kept and it is great with new comfortable furniture. Great tvs. Beds are all in great shape and comfortable. Bunkbed room not as small as looks. It is not big, but did not think as cramped as photo appears. Great bonus is having a fridge with 'small' things in it. ie ketchup, mustard, syrup, etc. The things that take up too much room to pack , but are nice to have while away. Wonderful owner, great and easy communication. Would stay again.

This condo is located in a great area: a quick drive to all the attractions, yet situated in a nice quiet, woodsy area. The outside of the property is attractive and well kept up. We enjoyed our scenic walk through the complex every morning. The condo itself was spotless with a well-stocked kitchen complete with all the cooking apparatus you could possibly need. If you'd like to order in, there were many take out menus available. I'm really not into watching a complete Red Sox game, so it was a real plus having an extra TV in the master bedroom. Our group consisted of 3 adults; however, families with young children or teenagers would be very comfortable here. There were games and movies in the condo as well as the clubhouse amenities of video games, tennis, a pool and a sauna. This was our second stay here, and we definitely plan to return next year. I highly recommend that you contact Mary to make a reservation.

We stayed at this condo over the 4th of July weekend of 2010 & I was wowed as soon as I walked in the door. It is a lot bigger than it looks by the pictures on the internet. Extremely clean, well stocked and close to all of the fun activities. There isn't a thing you need to do, but make the beds! It was quiet, comfortable & we felt right-at-home....actually better than home, as I said I could relax & know everything I needed was right there....even down to using the washer & dryer if I needed to. We spent the whold day at Attitash, left exhausted, and it was such a pleasure to crash at this condo and unwind. Also, owners are very professional, reserving went extremely smoothly and Mary mailed back my deposit within days. We will definately be booking this condo again!
Owner response:So Glad you and your family enjoyed our condo. I work really hard to make my unit one of the very best in Seasons at Attitash. Mary Lynch

The condo was in a wooded setting which was quiet and secure. The furnishings were clean and comfortable with all major appliances including a washer/dryer, tvs, stereo etc. The kitchen was extremely adequate with small appliances, utensils, etc. We just used the master suite for sleeping but mattress was very comfortable. The entire condo was meticulously clean and neat. All in all it was a great experience and we would highly recommend renting it.

What a great place! This condo had all the comforts of home, but with a vacation condo feel. I would definitely recommend this place. It was very, very clean, with a lot of new things in it - great TV's and the rugs and furniture also looked new. My kids loved the bunk beds and the clubhouse which is included when you rent this condo. This place truly has it all – including a lot of helpful information about the area restaurants and attractions. Great location, fully stocked kitchen - we just replaced what we used - which I think is a great honor system, clubhouse with pool, ping pong, Jacuzzi, and the latest movie rentals. I have rented at other places where you get absolutely nothing but an empty, vacant place. You can tell the owners take great pride in this place. We had a wonderful time, how could you not, the condo is so convenient to everything in North Conway! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to any family.

The condo is perfectly situated in the heart of the white mountains which was fantastic. We have used this unit it multiple times in all seasons. In the winter the lure of Attitash is irresistible being so close. The terrain park is huge and amazing as well as fantastic tree runs and great groomers offering skiing for every ability and age level skier or rider. Also a fantastic PSIA ski school program for beginners. In the fall the foliage is beautiful especially with a nice kayak or canoeing trip down the Saco river. In the spring skiing can go late into the season as well as nearby Tuckermans ravine being the ultimate challenge for any eastern skier. You cant go wrong with a day tubing down the Saco or Attitash for the day for the water park, alpine slides and the brand new thrilling Mountain Coaster. Attitash also features some amazing mountain biking trails from intense, expert downhill trails to mellow rides out on the Attitash property as well as horse back riding on the property. I would reccomend this to any age group and there's never a dull moment. You will never have nothing to do.

I highly recommend this condo at the Seasons at Attitash. Our family visits NH every summer, and the accommodations at this condo are by far the best we've experienced. The condo is very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, and comfortable - we felt right at home within minutes of our arrival. The location is great - it's a peaceful spot, but it is just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of North Conway. Our kids loved the club house including the game room, swimming pool and gigantic hot tub. Again I recommend this condo without hesitation. Enjoy your vacation!

We stayed at this condo the last week of July 2009, and it was a wonderful accomodation for our family, which included two preschoolers. It is so nice to have a separate bedroom for the kids, and the condo even includes kiddie books, videos, and games. It also has a packnplay. It is all on one floor, and can be accessed from the ground level deck, if necessary, which is helpful if you're toting a lot of kid stuff. Having such a well-stocked and large kitchen was a huge plus in preparing meals, and her unit already has a lot of simple non-perishables that you can use on the honor system, e.g. pancack mix, pasta, etc. After supper, the kids can burn off even more energy playing in the tree-lined small yard right off the deck. The rooms are large and there is lots of closet space. The entryway has a lot of space and hooks to dump coolers, etc. The unit was immaculately clean, and the beds were very comfortable, with ample linens and pillows. Although there is no air conditioning, even in a very muggy July week, we did not need to turn on a single fan. The unit is a ground floor/half basement unit and seemed to be cool enough for us.

I have been going to North Conway for many years now, and can honestly say that our accommodations at this condo at the Seasons were the best we've experienced. The condo is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Within hours of being there, it felt as cozy as being at home. The kitchen is well stocked, the bunk room was perfect for the kids, and the master bedroom and bath are perfect. The kids also loved the clubhouse, especially the super sized hot tub. The location is perfect too - it is peaceful and quiet, but just minutes from the hustle and bustle of North Conway. I recommend you stay at this condo. If you do, you're sure to enjoy your stay in NH!

We just got back from spending a week in the White Mtns, I highly recommend this condo. The location is great in Bartlett, very close to Storyland and plenty of hiking. It is just north of the outlets with lots of shopping. The 2 BR condo has all the comforts of home (including cable for any Red Sox fans). The unit is immaculate and the rates are really reasonable. The club house has an indoor pool – perfect for tiring out the little ones in case of lousy weather. Club house also has a hot tub and sauna - great way to end the day after hiking. We look forward to renting this condo again.

The condo was immaculate and wonderfully appointed with nice furniture, thick towels, comfy matresses and personal décor. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. The special touches were everywhere, such as games, brochures, nice towels, china dishes and enough cookware for Julia Child. You also had all the condiments stocked in the frig and cabinets, with lots of additional supplies available on a “replace what you use” honor system. The location was close to everything and the condo was easy to find. The clubhouse had everything you could want including the largest hot tub I have ever seen. The WiFi at the clubhouse was excellent.

We had a very relaxing week at "The Seasons". The Condo was comfortable, very clean, and fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The amenities came in handy for the kids. Pool, tennis court, and giant hot tub were a big hit for 13,12, 10 year old girls and 10 year old boy. Location was a big plus. Local market 5 minute ride. North Conway 10 minutes by back road right next to property. Lots to do in area, Storyland, Attitash, Santa's Village, Whale's Tail Water Park, MT. Washington, and Wildcat to name a few. People were friendly and very helpful at the clubhouse concerning questions about the area. We even spotted moose on two ocassions during our travels. That was on "The Kangumangus" at twilight. Awsome!!! I look forward to renting this condo next year.

If you have never stayed at the Seasons Condos don’t hesitate to book this condo. The condo is convenient to everything you want in a trip to the White Mountains year round including skiing and winter activities, summer attractions such as Story Land and Mt. Washington, and great year-round outlet shopping and charming boutiques. The Lynch condo will not disappoint you. It’s meticulously clean and well stocked with quality beds, linens, and kitchen accessories. It’s a convenient walk to the clubhouse (pool and hot tub), tennis courts, and a gazebo near the pond perfect for a picnic. The condo is well stocked including a well equipped kitchen. And, the Lynch condo is very cozy and charming. I’m a repeat customer and have always been delighted.

My husband and I are leaf peepers who have stayed two fall seasons at this condo so far. We love the area and have stayed at The Seasons in other condos for about 8 years now. We prefer this condo because of its location within the complex. If you are a walker, this condo is located at the bottom of the mountain which makes it easy to get to the clubhouse. It's very quiet and very few stairs to get in and out. The condo is very clean and well stocked and if you come in after us you may find some homemade crab apple jelly in the frig to enjoy. There is a small backyard perfect for barbeques and a gazebo down the way perfect for flights of fancy. You will come home feeling refreshed!

The Lynch's condominium is a secure, pristine, first class place in the White Mountains. Upon entering their condo,it is without question, immaculate. That is one of the most important things to us when we travel. There are no smells or signs of unkempt. The sheets and beds feel like hotel quality. A very, very, clean hotel. The condominium is equipped with everything that you could possibly want. They even leave lists of restaurants on the cork board for review. It is the perfect "get away" for a couple or family.
