Winter: $150/night, $900/week plus tax and $75 cleaning fee.
Summer season: Jun - Sept. $200/night, $1200/week. 6 night minimum.
Rates incl. golf discount/club amenities incl. pool tennis fitness center
and pool, spa and activities at Bear Paw Center.
Restrictions apply. Pool is seasonal: Memorial Day to Labor Day
10% tax on stays less than 30 days.
Xmas/New Year $200 per night. All holidays - 3 night minimum.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
In summer, the use of the pool and the discounted golf is such a bonus.THe tennis and fitness center are popular with those wanting to stay fit, while kids love the Bear Paw Center with it's pool, spa and activities. The large view deck brings our summer guests back for a return visit, some to paint with watercolors, while winter guests savor the quiet, the fireplace and the armchair with the Ottoman or the sledding on the golf course. Doggy guests love being four steps from Paradise. All out guests compliment us on the decor and furnishings. The cottage is a place to adopt as your second home and revisit in your memory when you're back at work. It's so popular, I wish I didn't have to turn so many callers away. Book early for summer. And sorry, no monthly discounts in peak season.

We love the cottage in all seasons. In summer we enjoy sitting on the deck looking up at Mount Elden, shaded by the quaking Aspen, and watching the golf balls drop into the duck pond. In fall you can't beat the changing colors and crisp air. In winter the golf course becomes a serene winter wonderland with the Canadian geese visiting by day and the elk sleeping there at night. There's no place in Flagstaff like the Country Club for Spring blossoms. It's wonderful to be so near the trails in the National Forest at Campbell Mesa. This is hikers and doggy paradise. I'm proud to share a comfy, cosy Flagstaff cottage with my renters, many of whom return year after year. I'd like to thank all our guests for their heart warming comments in the guest book.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We were very happy with the Little Elk in everyway possible. Madeline is clearly a professional and answered our questions quickly and efficiently. Stay here you will be pleased. Should we every be in the area again, I will email her first.

This cottage was perfect for our Labor Day getaway. Great location on a golf course, comfortable accommodations and amazing views of the mountains. Clubhouse amenities are within walking distance and downtown Flagstaff is only 10 minutes away. The kitchen is stocked with cooking/baking equipment, the WiFi is fast and the cottage was clean and updated. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable! My teens would have liked a bigger TV, but we weren't here to watch TV so it's not a detractor. Best part is the deck overlooking the golf course (and the mountain), and the breeze that flows through the house on a windy day. We'll be back!

We've had a wonderful time at Little Elk - took our kids to The Canyon and into the mountains for some hiking. It was so nice to be outside when it was over 90 degrees back in Phoenix. Little Elk was the perfect place for us - beautiful inside and out! Hope to come back soon...

Our second visit to Little Elk was as enjoyable as our first last year. We love Flagstaff and we love Little Elk. Great hiking - highly recommend the Sandy's Canyon trail to Fisher Point. We saw people having a great time playing Disc Golf so we bought some discs and gave it a try - great fun! Thanks again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was beautiful! We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the golf course. Some of us golfed, others enjoyed playing pool and ping pong at the Bear Paw Recreation Center. We've been to Flagstaff before but I think this was our favorite trip yet. Thanks for making this wonderful cottage available for our family to enjoy!

We loved it so much last year we had to come back and enjoy once more your lovely, comfortable Little Elk Cottage. This morning was particularly beautiful with fresh snow from the night.A little bunny decided to camp in the parking lot next to our car, driving our dogs crazy. The wildlife is everywhere leaving their prints in the snow - a lot of fun to guess which animals and follow their tracks. The ski at Snowbowl was wonderful. Great snow! We ran with Molly and Rosie, our 2 dogs, all over the golf course and had a great time. Good to be back and warm up by the cozy fireplace. In 3 words: WE LOVED IT!
