Newly constructed in 2007, it's a great location - walk across the street to the new Queens Marketplace or the Kings Shops for shopping and dining. Take a short walk or 3 minute drive to the sandy beach at A'Bay. Get the golf course view without the 5 am wake-up call from the golf course lawnmowers.
Our two bedroom/two bathroom home with vaulted ceilings has an open and airy feel and everything you need for your vacation.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, built-in microwave, dishwasher, ceramic top range, and a huge refrigerator. Everything you need to prepare meals is provided. Cookware, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and more are ready in the kitchen. Full sized washer and dryer make packing a breeze!
TVs, VCR/DVD players, CD/stereo, and high-speed wireless Internet access are all provided.
Bedding features luxurious linens and fluffy duvets.
Snorkel gear, beach chairs and towels, boogie boards and coolers are ready and waiting.

Our Hawaiian home is conveniently located a short walk away or 3 minute (1/2 mile) drive from the only sandy beach in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Anaeho'omalu Bay (A' Bay) offers a world of opportunities with snorkeling, kayaking, boogie boarding, scuba, whale watching, glass bottom boat rides, and sunset cruises.
The resort also includes two golf courses. The Kings' Course, designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, is a championship links-style 18-hole, par 72 course. The Beach Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., is an 18-hole, par 70 resort golf course that is reputed to be one of the most visually spectacular courses in Hawaii. Discounted golf rates are available for guests.
Across the street, both the Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops offer over 50 restaurants, shops, and boutiques. You can also enjoy complimentary Hawaiian crafts each morning and entertainment each evening at the King's Shops. Starbucks is at both locations!
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is 17 miles, approximately 20 minutes, from the Kona International Airport.

Enjoying golf course and lake views from lanai
VRBO Bear stayed here - 09/01/2009 Shawn and Andrea’s vacation home in the Waikoloa Beach Villas was a great choice for our Big Island Hawaiian vacation! Near the Hilton and Marriott Resorts, we loved the advantage of staying on the Waikolola Resort grounds. We discovered the white, sandy beach close to the resort. We walked to shopping and restaurants, which offered lots of choices in fine dining, take away meals and fast food. Plus, there was a Starbucks nearby where we stopped for our morning coffee.
This penthouse condo had great views of the golf course, lake and mountains. When entering the unit, we were impressed with the beautifully decorated, upscale furnishings.
The master bedroom’s king sized bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in while on vacation! The air conditioning made the unit very comfortable on the warmer Hawaiian days, but we kept cool most of the time by keeping the windows open to enjoy the refreshing cross breeze. The wireless Internet kept us connected throughout the unit and also, on the large, private lanai. When ‘eating in’, we loved the full gourmet kitchen with all the necessities, especially the lanai and outdoor grill/cooking area.
We enjoyed the inviting pool and hot tub in the middle of the garden-like setting. When venturing out to the beaches, we were glad that the owners provided beach towels, snorkeling gear, and beach chairs (the stuff that’s a necessity on any beach outing). Hotels wouldn’t have provided these items and we liked having the conveniences of beach gear at our fingertips.
VRBO Property Owners Andrea and Shawn were great to work with and had a staff of managers available to us on-site if there was anything we needed. This is truly a wonderful vacation spot!

We had a great time in Waikoloa, especially at this fabulous home!! We liked the interionr in the house and so did your 1 year old son, Ayato. The booklet you gave us from 'Resortica Hawaii' was very helpful and kind enough for us to get to know Waikoloa and this Big Island well. This was our first visit to Hawaii and we liked here very much. So hopefully we come back next year!! Mahalo.

Wow! We had a great time. The week just flew by. We enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. Harold loved the BBQ and all your amenities for cooking were a joy to use. Everything about your place was comforable, clean, and in great condition. It was especially nice having the washer and dryer. We enjoyed the grounds, the pool, and the close access to the shops and beaches. We will for sure be back.
