The flat is a five-minute walk from the metro "Rambuteau" or "Hotel de Ville". Located at the fourth floor, it has a lounge room with a beautiful view over "Rue Rambuteau" and a very quiet bedroom over a private courtyard. Modern and spacious (60 square meters), it just has been renovated.
The area of "Le Marais" is the best location to enjoy walking and shopping in this historic part of Paris and also traveling to other areas as it has direct link to the central railways network of Paris. It is surrounded by the "Palais Beaubourg" and many other museums like the Picasso Museum. Cinemas and restaurants are two minutes away and offer traditional French cuisine as well as bio for all kind of budgets.

"There is no other way of describing this apartment but 'A Home from Home'. It was clean, tidy and maintained to a high standard. The location was excellent with various restaurants/cafes either just outside the apartment or a short walk away. Nearby food shops catered for all tastes and a fully equipped kitchen ensured that with the correct ingredients, a meal was easily prepared! Going to bed was always a pleasure. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had slept in to the point where we did not want to get up in the morning.
Definitely an excellent apartment overall with one of the most romantic cities in the world on your doorstep."
