This condominium is located on the ninth floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool, very easy access to both. You can enjoy the privacy of St Lucia pool or the 7000 square-feet of the lagoon pool of the resort. The building is now two years new and this unit is professionally decorated; with king size beds in both bedrooms. In addition there is a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. Private parking is provided in the garage at the lower level.

Basketball, tennis, work-out gym, and a new Ruth Chris steak house is located within 50 yards of the building. This setting provides a great facility to have a vacation from home with all of the amenities of home. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided on the beach as part of the beach service with the rental. You will love it!
