Cots are also available for additional guests. The game room has a standard sized pool table, TV with DVD and a video game machine with 12 games including defender, joust, rampage, and much more. Washer, dryer, linens and bath towels are all included.
The home is on a large flat .5 acre lot with garage parking and room for additional cars in the driveway and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
With the Tahoe Donner Association membership, guests can enjoy tennis, golf, two separate swimming facilities with regular pools, lap pool and several hot tubs, spa and steam room, full workout facility, private beach and marina access on Donner Lake, access to Tahoe Donner equestrian center and Tahoe Donner ski resort and downhill sledding. Tahoe Donner also offers miles and miles of hiking and biking trails.
This home is 5 minutes away from old town Truckee, with great restaurants, premium shopping and outlet stores.
Also within 20 to 30 minutes of Squaw Valley, Northstar, Alpine and Sugar Bowl ski resorts.
