Welcome to our beautiful, first-class home, in the Tolls Brothers Resort Community of Bayside at Bethany Lakes in charming Bethany Beach. Family and friends can relax in style at the beach in this well-kept four bedroom, two-story carriage home with pond views. This spectacular waterfront community is conveniently located minutes away from the beach and the Bethany Beach boardwalk.
Plenty of Room for Everyone to spread out! Comfortably sleeps 12 in bedrooms (no sleeper sofas) with two master bedroom suites (one King-size bed on the main level), three Queen beds (sleeps six), and a bunk room (can sleep up to five).
On the first floor, this bright and airy home includes a spacious foyer, two-story living room with a gas fireplace, dining room, master bedroom suite, sunroom, powder room and kitchen. The first floor master bedroom suite features a king-size bed with a gorgeous pond view and a full bathroom, consisting of a large soaking tub and separate shower.
A beautiful sunroom located off the living room provides a place to read, relax, watch TV or just enjoy the mesmerizing pond view. The cheerful, well-equipped gourmet kitchen features Corian countertops, all new appliances, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen table allows enough seating for 12 people.
Upstairs, featuring a spacious loft with a dramatic balcony overlook, provides a wonderful place to watch TV or a movie, play board games, or just hang out. The second floor includes a second master bedroom suite (one Queen-size bed) and a full-sized bathroom; and two other bedrooms (one with two queen-size beds, one with two bunk beds) and a full-sized hall bathroom.
Bethany Beach, known as one of Delaware’s Quiet Resorts, has the small town charm, yet at the same time affords all the conveniences. Just across the street is a newly-built Harris Teether, and less than 1/2 mile down the road a local market. Not far away, Food Lion and Giant and lots of cute shops dot Route 26 including a wonderful Italian bakery. In downtown Bethany, there are casual dining places to eat while enjoying the Mom and Pop shops, in addition to walking along the shoreline and boardwalk. For fine dining, Magnolia’s is less than a ¼ mile and DiFebo’s is about one mile.
For the golf enthusiast, Bayside at Bethany Lakes is conveniently located near many challenging public golf courses, including Salt Pond (across the street,within walking distance), Bear Trap Dunes and Cripple Creek.
Our home is a short walk to the multi-million dollar Club House which features indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, game room with table tennis and arcade, complete fitness center, lounge area with bar, library, meeting rooms, outstanding gathering room with a gorgeous stone fireplace and an adjacent kitchen for large-scale entertaining. Also, wireless internet access! In addition to the Club House, a private shuttle is available during the weekend to transport guests to and from the beach(Memorial Day through Labor Day).

We had a wonderful time here. The pictures do not do the house justice . It was great being right next to the playground for the little ones and the extra bikes at the house were great for the kids to go back and forth to the club house !! Lots of boogie boards and beach chairs were a huge plus too !! We would definitely stay here again !!
