Newly renovated! Beautiful large, private apartment on a tropical Spanish style property in the center of San Juan. Warm elegant colors inside and out with Spanish terra cotta roof tiles. All rooms tiled with nice beach style ceramic tiles on an elegant diamond pattern.
Bathroom floors and shower are natural mediterranean stone; bathroom counter top is granite. Three custom skylights bathe the apartment and bathroom with natural light during the day and a constant fresh air day and night.
Some windows are sealed so you can let sunshine in and have air conditioning on, or open other windows to get sunshine with fresh air through screens. Or close everything for a cool, quiet siesta. The apartment has indirect track lighting for a warm glow, the perfect mood day or night.
Front gate entrance is filled with purple bouganvillea and yellow canario flower vines. Hard to see on small scale photos! Exterior landscaping has red and pink ginger, various palms, india jazmins, hibiscus, heliconia flowers, and other tropical flowers and plants. Hummingbirds can be seen each morning, and plenty of coqui tree frogs sing in the gardens each night.
Just 7 minutes walk to Ocean Park beach, one of San Juan's finest. Same neighborhood as San Juan's most famous guest houses. Enjoy their romantic beachfront or patio restaurants but stay with us for much less. A unique oasis in the center of San Juan, a few minutes from everything!
You have a large, reserved parking space inside the gate. Private laundry room inside the apartment with washer and dryer (until 9pm). Free DSL high speed internet access.

4 minute drive to the action in Condado or Isla Verde with the hotels, nightlife, restaurants, and casinos. Only 10 minutes to Old San Juan & airport.

The area in San Juan where we stayed was peacefull, quiet and clean, And the gated community offered a great sleep at night.. The apartment offered everything our own home had, and was decorated for our special occasion.. Outside the door was a beautiful garden with Hummingbirds, lizards and Coque frogs. The wild life was amazing.. In one direction we were 7 mins from the the airport, and in the other direction we were 10min from Old San Juan.. Inbetween was Beaches, Casinos and Resturants.. Everything was beautiful.. Will we visit Puerto Rico again? Yes!! Will we rent from Otto again? yes!!
