You can park your car and walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, miniature golf and an arcade for the kids. Upper level vaulted open living, dining and state of the art kitchen offer glimpses of the ocean. The upper level master suite features a full bath, with large shower, jacuzzi tub, and a private deck. . For those that love some shade there is plenty on the two lower level covered decks. Enjoy conversation with friends and family while watching the people going to and from the beach on the large upper level deck. All of this and a spacious fenced yard that truly is another living area with large dining and play areas, a grill and refrigerator make it easy to entertain with a fountain trickling in the background, and a hot tub for relaxing.
Landscaping and outdoor amenities damage from our recent storms, all of which will be repaired prior to the summer season.
