Absolutely fabulous unit located in Destin Towers with brand new features! Completely remodeled and awaiting your arrival!

Incredible views from a very private, FULL-WIDTH BALCONY, directly on the beach! Balcony has a large ELEVATED ROUND TABLE WITH FOUR (4) ELEVATED CAPTAIN CHAIRS allowing views ABOVE the railing! This is an oversized, 1,300 sq. ft. condo that is a MIDDLE unit, offset towards the beach, closer to the beach than the East & West units. You have an unobstructed view to the East AND West! You cannot see your neighbors and they cannot see you! Only three (3) condos per floor, which offers a more secluded environment than most condo complexes. It's a great getaway home, away from all the crowds!

Oversized utility room with a large washer & dryer just off the kitchen, and a spacious preparation area that overlooks the Dining & Living rooms so that you can cook and mingle with friends and family all at the same time!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was great, with easy access to the beach as well as to restaurants and activities. We spent most of our time on the balcony (especially morning sunrises and evening sunsets)-the views are terrific. We were lucky and had wall to wall sunshine the entire stay. We also visited alot of the restaurants on the list Greg provided to us and we enjoyed them all. We loved the outlet mall, too!

  • We were so looking forward to staying at the Wolf’s condo the week of Labor Day; however, we had to cancel due to my mother’s unexpected death the day before we were to leave. I want to write this note to tell you Greg was wonderful about our last minute cancellation. When he heard our situation, he kindly offered to refund all of our monies. We so appreciate how he handled our situation and his empathy at a very difficult time in our life. Greg, we thank you, again. We look forward to rescheduling our reservation at the Wolf condo.

  • We had a great time in Destin. The unobstructed gulf view from the 13th floor balcony was awesome. The condo is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment and parking was great. Gated visitor parking was an unexpected bonus. The beach is pristine and not too crowded, and Brian, the “beach concierge” had our chairs and umbrellas set up and ready to go every morning. It was great working with Greg. Every detail was clear and concise; we also appreciated the “restaurant guide”.

We have been coming to Destin for 25 years and count this as the nicest place we've stayed. The views are spectacular and the condo is very well appointed. We WILL be back next year!   • This was our third time to stay at Destin Towers (the first time at the Wolf's condo). It is the nicest of the three we have been in. Greg was great to work with and his attention to detail was incredible. Maps, details on checking in and out of the condo, restaurant guides, etc.. We can hardly wait to get back! The location is the best in Destin and the beach front is spacious compared to the other buildings nearby.

Is was spacious, decorated fabulously and very comfortable.The view from our balcony was beautiful - possibly the best we've ever had when vacationing.   • This was my second stay at your wonderful condo and my husband's first. Even though I had told him all about it and showed him the pictures online, he said that it surpassed his expectations. There is no better view anywhere in Destin and I have stayed previously at two other places. The accommodations are very pleasant and we spent countless hours on the balcony just staring at the gorgeous water. What a way to relax! Greg is a real pleasure to deal with and so very professional with all of the T's crossed and I's dotted. We hope to make this an annual trip!

  • Working with Greg was effortless - not only was he helpful in explaining all about the condo, it's amenities, beach access, but also about Destin and the area (we had never been before). The view of the Gulf was breath-taking - and fantastic - whether morning or night you could see it go on forever it seemed. Greg sent us directions, instructions, info. all before we arrived ... made it simple for us. Just what we needed a stress free vacation! Everything that we needed was in the condo! Beach chair/umbrella rental available daily - it was great. Unfortunately, but greatly appreciated - I can attest that the ER is wonderful also - our son had a severe allergic reaction (to picking up sea shells on the beach) on a Sunday morning - the Sheriff's office was helpful in getting me directions, offering EMS to be disbatched - but I declined - had Epipen if needed - got right into ER - and staff was terrific. Hope you don't need though :)
