Incredible views from a very private, FULL-WIDTH BALCONY, directly on the beach! Balcony has a large ELEVATED ROUND TABLE WITH FOUR (4) ELEVATED CAPTAIN CHAIRS allowing views ABOVE the railing! This is an oversized, 1,300 sq. ft. condo that is a MIDDLE unit, offset towards the beach, closer to the beach than the East & West units. You have an unobstructed view to the East AND West! You cannot see your neighbors and they cannot see you! Only three (3) condos per floor, which offers a more secluded environment than most condo complexes. It's a great getaway home, away from all the crowds!
Oversized utility room with a large washer & dryer just off the kitchen, and a spacious preparation area that overlooks the Dining & Living rooms so that you can cook and mingle with friends and family all at the same time!

Why the Owner Chose Destin Towers
While our children were growing up, we took a family vacation every year to some place new in the "Sun Belt". Over the years, we kept coming back to Destin, a total of eight (8) times prior to buying our condo, and once we paid off our four (4)children's education expenses, we decided to invest in a condo in Destin. I had always wanted a condo DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!! I wanted a place where I could go on the balcony, have a cocktail & cigar, and listen to the waves crash on the shore. And that is what we have now!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My entire family loves being ON THE BEACH!. While on the beach, my wife and I love to read fiction novels, soak up the sun, drink a few beers, smoke a cigar (or two; but not my wife), watch people, and take in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! We also enjoy the many varied restaurants, play a couple of rounds of golf, shop at the World's largest outlet mall (my wife) and enjoy the Big Kahuna Amusement and water park! I also love to sit on my condo's balcony late at night, have a "nightcap", smoke a cigar (my second, maybe my third), and listen and watch the waves crash on the shore!!
The Big Kahuna is located directly across Highway 98 from Destin Towers!

My wife, Jeanne, and I are from St. Louis, Missouri. I have been a truck leasing salesman in the Transportation Industry since 1976 and my wife is a co-owner of a specialized drapery drycleaner. Her company specializes in cleaning draperies and bulky items such as bedspreads and slipcovers. She also specializes in furnishing everything for windows: blinds, shutters, custom-made draperies, verticals, etc. She is the 4th generation and has been involved with the family business for over twenty-(20) years. We have four (4) grown children, all gainfully employed & OUT of the house, along with two (2) 'Grand-Dogs' and our first grandchildren (2) due to arrive in November & January!! Greg Wolf

My parents just came back from Greg's condo in Destin. They loved it. They go to Destin 4 times a year, and by far this is their favorite condo. They have booked for next October. The week we spent (Sept 24 - Oct 1) in Destin was wonderful. The condo was so nice and the beach was beautiful. We loved the view from the balcony. Greg was so helpful with the reservations and prompt on everything. I definetly recommend this unit. Our favorites were Captain Dave's, Dewey Destin and the Rave... Robert & Lisa Georgia

Wolf Condo is absolutely wonderful. The view of the ocean from this center unit is awesome. The entire family enjoyed every minute. The beautiful white sandy beaches are right there we could not keep our 3 year old away. Everything you need for your stay is right there. There is not anything negative about Wolf Condo. Will definitely be using Wolf Condo for all of our future stays in Destin

We just returned from staying in the Wolf's condo and I must say we had a wonderful time! The condo was great! We loved the light and beachy decor and the secure feeling of the building and grounds. The view cannot be beat. We were very fortunate weather wise as everyday was beautiful! We ate at all the recommended area places and totally recommend McQuires, The Back Porch, Harry T's, and Another Broken Egg. Wolfe condo was welcoming and bright, especially in the winds and rain of Tropical Storm Lee. All communication was prompt and reflected a warm and gracious personality of the owners. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first time to the Wolfe condo and it will not be our last! It was a beautiful week in April 2011 everyday was sunny and beautiful beach fun days. Great seafood that we loved to enjoy all week. Everything that you need or want is at this condo! Excellent location, beautiful grounds, pool, hot-tub, etc. Please take the time to enjoy the video we took while we were on vacation. It shows you everything that we enjoyed everyday at this beautiful condo. Also Brian took great care of us with the beach chair set ups. This condo is even more delightful than the pictures reflect, if that's at all possible! I came with 3 girls ranging in ages 11-16. There was plenty of space as well as the added bonus of feeling safe in a secure gated area with a code to enter property, building and even beach! We were on the 13th floor and never had to wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator! Very important when you're with girls anxious to hit the waves!! Morning coffee sitting on the balcony looking out to the beautiful beach and ocean was one of my favorite times! I would highly recommend renting from this owner. He answered any and all questions and was very personable and accomodating.

We made our first visit to the Wolf condo in early December. This is a beautifully decorated condo with amazing views of the Gulf. The balcony is great, with taller chairs which allow you to have a fantastic view of the beach. However the December weather was a bit cooler than expected, so we were thrilled to be able to see both sunrise and sunset from inside the condo. Greg made the rental process very easy, and the packet of information he provided gave us everything we needed. Thank you, Greg. We hope to visit again during a warmer time of the year.

We've been to the Wolfe condo several years in a row and have never been disappointed with our experience. The condo is always clean and nicely appointed and the view of the ocean is beyond compare. Great sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and the sunset and gazing at the breathtaking clear water. Beaches are always kept clean.
