I cannot say enough good things about our stay in this condo. It was everything as described and more. We enjoyed the beautiful Emerald Coast of course, but alot of that had to do with the fact that we were right there on it...not miles or blocks away. The view from the balcony is incredible...just breathtaking. Plenty of linens and a completely stocked kitchen with everything I needed to cook our fresh seafood bought at a local market. Shops and grocery stores were within blocks...I went for supplies at night, by myself, and felt completely safe. I loved the security of Destin Towers as well. The owners of this condo are wonderful to work with....endlessly informative and helpful. This was our first trip to Destin and we look forward to returning there...and staying in this condo. It absolutely made our vacation a great one.

Our family had an amazing time, we have 2 young boys and they loved how they could hear the ocean and see dolphins right from our balcony! The Wolf Family has a beautiful condo and you truly feel like you are at home and it nice, clean and in a perfect spot on the gulf!! This was our first of many more trips to come... :) We LOVED it!!! Highly recommended for anyone :)

We stayed for "Spring Break 2012" and had a blast! The condo was full of families, the beach was packed and we couldn't have asked for a better week. We saw dolphins every day and were treated to a rare early sighting of manatees swimming by near the sand bar. The Wolf's condo was equipped with everything we needed and even extra things like boogie boards and games and endless kitchen items. The view is amazing! Greg was awesome to book with. We would rent again and hope to do so.

This was our first visit to the Wolfe condo. What a fabulous place. I would definitely come back. VERY nice and clean. We loved the location. The best part was how close you are to the ocean. There is nothing like waking up to the sounds of the ocean, and being able to see the sunrise from you bed. This is a place you MUST stay! Thank you to the Wolfe family for sharing!!!

The week we spent (Sept 24 - Oct 1) in Destin was wonderful. The condo was so nice and the beach was beautiful. We loved the view from the balcony. We just returned from staying in the Wolf's condo and I must say we had a wonderful time! The condo was great! We loved the light and beachy decor and the secure feeling of the building and grounds. The view cannot be beat. We were very fortunate weather wise as everyday was beautiful! We ate at all the recommended area places and totally recommend McQuires, The Back Porch, Harry T's, and Another Broken Egg. Wolf Condo is absolutely wonderful. The view of the ocean from this center unit is awesome. The entire family enjoyed every minute. The beautiful white sandy beaches are right there we could not keep our 3 year old away. Everything you need for your stay is right there. There is not anything negative about Wolf Condo. Will definitely be using Wolf Condo for all of our future stays in Destin

This was our first time to the Wolfe condo and it will not be our last! It was a beautiful week in April 2011 everyday was sunny and beautiful beach fun days. Great seafood that we loved to enjoy all week. Everything that you need or want is at this condo! Excellent location, beautiful grounds, pool, hot-tub, etc. Please take the time to enjoy the video we took while we were on vacation. This condo is even more delightful than the pictures reflect, if that's at all possible! I came with 3 girls ranging in ages 11-16. There was plenty of space as well as the added bonus of feeling safe in a secure gated area with a code to enter property, building and even beach! We were on the 13th floor and never had to wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator! Very important when you're with girls anxious to hit the waves!! Morning coffee sitting on the balcony looking out to the beautiful beach and ocean was one of my favorite times! I would highly recommend renting from this owner. He answered any and all questions and was very personable and accomodating.

We made our first visit to the Wolf condo in early December. This is a beautifully decorated condo with amazing views of the Gulf. The balcony is great, with taller chairs which allow you to have a fantastic view of the beach. However the December weather was a bit cooler than expected, so we were thrilled to be able to see both sunrise and sunset from inside the condo. Greg made the rental process very easy, and the packet of information he provided gave us everything we needed. Thank you, Greg. We hope to visit again during a warmer time of the year.

We've been to the Wolfe condo several years in a row and have never been disappointed with our experience. The condo is always clean and nicely appointed and the view of the ocean is beyond compare. Great sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and the sunset and gazing at the breathtaking clear water. Beaches are always kept clean. We booked the condo for 3 nights, made the deposit of $200. But then something came up, I could not make the trip and had to cancel the reservation. We thought we would lose the deposit. Greg - we had a wonderful week in your condo. Everything was great at the condo - thanks. We had some quick thunderstorms which were nice in clearing the air and cooling things down. Sunday and Monday were oppressively hot - the heat index on Monday was 126! But the rest of the week was normally pleasant. No oil or tar balls at all, just a lot of seaweed that cleared by the end of the week. Some nice dolphin sightings early in the mornings from the balcony. Last night one of our neighbors was an army pilot who was going fly out some of the scientists working on the oil spill. Said they had not seen anything for five weeks. We explored a little more this time going to The Red Bar and eating at Shorty's in Grayton, and spending Friday evening in Seaside, eating at The Great Southern Cafe and having a cupcake from a trailer for desert. All highly recommended. As is Dewey's here in Destin. We left you a small contribution to the condo's equipment: a couple of low beach chairs, a couple of inflatable noodles, and an Ever-ready flashlight! I hope everyone enjoys using them. Fantastic Condo!

Greg is extremely easy to work with! We had a great stay in mid-July. The condo is everything it's advertised to be. And Destin Towers is not a huge place - so it wasn't too crowded at the beach or pool. Greg gave us suggestions on places to see/eat/golf. We spent most of our time on the beach, but did enjoy his suggestion for Dewey's Destin restaurant. It was the best meal we had while in Destin. I cannot recommend this condo enough. Greg's attention to detail made the whole renting process very easy. The best part about the trip - no oil!!! We saw no traces of oil while we were there. The beaches were in fantastic condition!

Our family of 4 stayed here just last week and had a great time. The condo was great in every way, it really made our stay all the better. The beaches were amazing. We had a little algae to deal with the last two days but no oil. I was also pleased with the amount of restaurants and places to shop. It was our first trip to Destin, but certainly not our last. We hope to return again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was great, with easy access to the beach as well as to restaurants and activities. We spent most of our time on the balcony (especially morning sunrises and evening sunsets)-the views are terrific. We were lucky and had wall to wall sunshine the entire stay. We also visited alot of the restaurants on the list Greg provided to us and we enjoyed them all. We loved the outlet mall, too!

As evidenced by the fact that we will be making our fourth return visit to the Wolfe's Destin Condo next month, we think it is the ideal spot for a week at the beach. In all of our previous trips, we have found the unit to be immaculate, uncluttered, and perfect for a week of family fun. Our 88 year old mom looks forward to it yearly and appreciates the ease with which it can be maneuvered. The location couldn't be better, and it is close to great restaurants and everything else you could need. Getting to the beach is very simple, and we've never found the beach crowded. Chair rental is easy, and we feel pampered there on our own beach. Inside, we've never waited more than a minute for the elevator. Having only three units per floor really helps to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Mr. Wolfe is a great owner and takes great pride in maintaining a condo that you'll want to visit year after year.

We had a great time in Destin. The unobstructed gulf view from the 13th floor balcony was awesome. The condo is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment and parking was great. Gated visitor parking was an unexpected bonus. The beach is pristine and not too crowded, and Brian, the “beach concierge” had our chairs and umbrellas set up and ready to go every morning. It was great working with Greg. Every detail was clear and concise; we also appreciated the “restaurant guide”.

This was our third time to stay at Destin Towers (the first time at the Wolf's condo). It is the nicest of the three we have been in. Greg was great to work with and his attention to detail was incredible. Maps, details on checking in and out of the condo, restaurant guides, etc.. We can hardly wait to get back! The location is the best in Destin and the beach front is spacious compared to the other buildings nearby.

This was my second stay at your wonderful condo and my husband's first. Even though I had told him all about it and showed him the pictures online, he said that it surpassed his expectations. There is no better view anywhere in Destin and I have stayed previously at two other places. The accommodations are very pleasant and we spent countless hours on the balcony just staring at the gorgeous water. What a way to relax! Greg is a real pleasure to deal with and so very professional with all of the T's crossed and I's dotted. We hope to make this an annual trip!

Working with Greg was effortless - not only was he helpful in explaining all about the condo, it's amenities, beach access, but also about Destin and the area (we had never been before). The view of the Gulf was breath-taking - and fantastic - whether morning or night you could see it go on forever it seemed. Greg sent us directions, instructions, info. all before we arrived ... made it simple for us. Just what we needed a stress free vacation! Everything that we needed was in the condo! Beach chair/umbrella rental available daily - it was great. Unfortunately, but greatly appreciated - I can attest that the ER is wonderful also - our son had a severe allergic reaction (to picking up sea shells on the beach) on a Sunday morning - the Sheriff's office was helpful in getting me directions, offering EMS to be disbatched - but I declined - had Epipen if needed - got right into ER - and staff was terrific. Hope you don't need though :)

We enjoyed our stay in your condo last week, June 21, 2008-June 27, 2008. The rooms and color scheme are very pretty and relaxing. The resturant guides were helpful too. Visit Big Kahunas Water Park across the street, it was a lot of fun, especially for our teens. All the comforts of home are here, only better, you get to wake up the sound of the peaceful ocean. We enjoyed our week long stay at Destin Tower 1302 very much. The condo is very comfortable with a view of the gulf that is beautiful. We had wondered if being on the 13th floor would be too high, it was great.....The condo is very quite and relaxing! The elevator service was the best, never waited over 30 seconds. 6-3-08 We just returned from our best vacation ever! Our stay at the Wolf's condo was absolutely perfect. The condo has all the conveniences of home, with the added bonus of the beautiful beach and crystal-clear water! The condo is so tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It is so conveniently located to everything, and everyone is so friendly! Our 9-year old met several new friends at the beach and pool. We just returned from a fabulous trip to Destin and loved the Wolf's condo at Destin towers. We took our 2 and 5 year old on their first beach vacation and Destin towers was perfect. Since it is smaller, the beach wasn't overcrowded and the condo was very quiet. The condo was equipped with everything we needed or wanted and it is VERY conveniently located to EVERYTHING! We had a great time and can't wait to go back!!

March 29th thru April 5th, 2008. Our family had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay and first trip to Destin. As soon as we walked into the 'Wolf Family' condo, we were captured by the light, airy feeling of the colors, along with the creative beach/waterfront furnishings & decorations. Immediately proceeding to the balcony, we stepped out to an absolutely beautiful panoramic view of the gulf and beach area. Needless to say, we fell in love with our accommodations. Throughout the week, the condo was a perfect fit for our needs, and we were thoroughly relaxed during our stay. We enjoyed watching the dolphins visible swimming in the gulf waters along the stretch of beach right in front of the condo, and the occasional passing of the colorful parasail-chutes set against the backdrop of the blue sky. We took advantage of all amenities (outdoor grilling, hot tub, and the pool). The condo property and beach area were very clean and well maintained. The location was ideal with close access to attractions for the kids, and a great selection of restaurants and shopping. While it was our first trip, it certainly won't be our last. It passed the test of our kids, whom only after just arriving a few hours later said, "Can we come back again next year". We hope that the next trip will have a little better weather, however, we were not deterred in having good time. When the sun was out, we were on the beach. While the water had an initial chill, the whole family made it's way into the surf and bounced in the waves. Cloudy days provided trips to the shopping areas, and scenic coastal areas along 30- A and Old Highway 98. Overall, a great place, ideal location, and fun time!! We thank the 'Wolf Family' for allowing us to be guests for the week. We had a great experience and look forward to coming back next year. Dec 15/07 - Mar 15/08 We just spent a wonderful winter in Greg's beautiful condo. The rooms are spacious, bright and airy. The location is perfect not only for beach activity but also shopping, restaurants, etc. The gulf-view is fabulous and the sunsets spectacular. We would return to this condo in a heartbeat. Thanks to Greg and Jeanne our first winter away was a huge success and condo #132 felt like a home away from home. We were sad to leave but took with us many, many happy memories.

My family and I have just returned from 10 glorious days (9/26/07 - 10/6/07) in Destin and I wanted to write a quick note of thanks to Greg and his terrific condo! We'd never stayed in Destin before (usually we're Panama City Beach people!) but after seeing Greg's Destin Towers condo on VRBO, I knew we were hooked! It was everything he had described it to be. It was well equipped and felt just like home. We especially loved the views from the 13th floor, coupled with only 3 condos per floor! Minimal noise! Beaches were awesome and not crowded. The weather was mid-80's our entire stay (Greg - did you arrange that too?!). :-) Thanks again for everything! Next time we're in Destin, we're staying with you!

We stayed at the Wolf condo on August 5-11, 2007. It was a treat! We have been to Destin many years since 1992 and have stayed on a smaller condo bldg on the beach close to where the new Bass Pro Shop is located. My wife, who finds all good things in Southern Living magazine, found out about the Destin Towers. We wanted a bigger condo and the Wolf condo fit the bill. It was very comfortable and was a great enhancement to our regular Destin experience. Even when the A/C went out for part on one morning, Greg was very helpful and the repair was done promptly. While everything was comfortable and great, we have one small suggestion: a black-out shade for the guest bedroom. Because the lobby lighting is so bright and harsh on the 13th floor, I ended up unscrewing a light bulb out there for a few nights so that the guest bedroom wouldn't be so bright. The only other inconvenience was that one of the elevators didn't work on the last day, a Saturday, when lots of traficc was moving in and out. We plan to be back and enjoy this some more! My family and I just returned home from a week's stay, July 21-28, at the Wolf's condo. We had a wonderful time and really got the rest that we needed. We found the Wolf's condo on VRBO. We have never been to Destin, Florida and were a little nervous about going to a place that we had never been, plus staying at a condo that we knew nothing about. After speaking with Greg on the phone we knew that we had made the right decision. I spent approximately 45 minutes with him on the phone. He told me all about the condo and Destin Towers, the restaurants to eat at, area attractions that would be of interest to me and my family, Destin, the ocean, etc... I think that he covered just about everything, including the fact that he was from MO, home of the World Champion Baseball Cardinals (GO BRAVES!!) ha. Upon our arrival to the Wolf's condo we opened the door to a sunny, cheerful room with beautiful furnishings and everything that we needed, just like home. The beds were wonderful. My boys (ages 11 and 14 whom normally wouldn't comment about a room or bed) said that they loved their room and it was so cozy. My husband and I especially liked the fact that there are only 3 condo's on each floor. We have stayed at bigger resorts in the past and heard noise all throughout the night with kids running up and down the halls. This was the quietest place that we have ever stayed at. The Wolf's condo is also in the middle. Their condo comes out further than the ones on the left or right of you, therefore making it so that you have a much better view than the others. The emerald green waters were absolutely gorgeous. I especially liked the fact that whenever you needed an elevator you just walked right up and pushed the button and it would just open right up. The bigger resorts you are waiting 5 to 10 minutes for an elevator. The Wolf's condo also has a covered parking space, which is very important to me so that my vehicle is not sitting out in the weather all day. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and the Wolf's have done everything possible to make their condo enjoyable and comfortable for your home away from home. My husband,myself and my 14 year old daughter just returned from a week in Destin. We have stayed at several other places in years past but this was our first time at Destin Towers. We really enjoyed our stay at the Wolf's condo. We loved being right in the center with a beautiful view of the beach. We also enjoyed the quietness at Destin Towers and loved the fact that their beach wasn't so crowded like some of the bigger high rises. My husband and daughter enjoyed playing tennis and my husband especially loved the covered garage to park since he is used to parking in a garage at home. The condo itself was very enjoyable to stay in. We had plenty of room and loved the beach interiors. Brian, the guy that took care of the beach service (chairs and umbrellas) every morning was very pleasant and so accomodating. He always had our umbrella and chairs out by 8:30 a.m. We also enjoyed the restaurant list the Wolfe's provided.

Me, my wife, and 2 daughters (4 & 6) had a SUPER week. This was our first trip to the beach and the Wolf's condo far exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the beautiful balcony views my wife fell in love with to the swimming pool that the kids were in non-stop. My wife saw a dolphin and even a stingray swimming in the clear emerald green water. The pool was a perfect depth for the kids, with half of it 3.5 ft and then gradually went up to 6 ft. All the accomodations were perfect! A++ Thanks again!

Mike,myself and 3 teenage boys had a wonderful week in Greg and Jeanne's condo. We loved the quietness, the covered parking, the wonderful scenerey from the balcony,the boys enjoyed the tennis courts and Mike loved the grills. The beaches are great and the lifeguard let us leave are beach chairs and tarp down by his station for the entire week and no one bothered them. Everything was so relaxing and I will be staying again in the future.

Your condo was very nice great view. The beachchair person was very helpful and drilled a hole in the sand everyday for our own personal unbrella we brought with us. The grounds were very well taken care of. We loved the gas grills they were really nice and easy to use. The location of the condo was also close to everything. We walk to several different places. My two most faorite things were the huge balcony on the beach side of the condo and the covered parking spots. The vacation was a blast for me and my family,which included four teens. Our first stay in Greg's condo in Destin Towers was absolutely great! The convience of parking, no "check in/out" and the short walk to the ocean made our trip so very relaxing. Greg has been very professional to do business with and we plan to return. The location of Destin Towers was quite, yet close to some of the best resturants and shopping in Destin. Definetly recommend this condo for your beach vacation.

My wife and I were staying at a hotel in Destin in late March. Too many people, on the beach, in the elevators, and in the restuarants. Saw Greg's listing on VRBO and the result was 4 days of pure R&R. The condo, the beach and especially the view were just what the doctor ordered. Do it again in a heartbeat. JOC

While in Destin, at a hotel, I pulled up VRBO and found the Wolf's unit available. What a break! From 400 rooms and very high density to a 180 degree view of the gulf. From waiting endlessly for an elevator to immediate access to the beach. From 1000's of folks, stacked on each other, to the DT beach that was relaxing and comfortable. Want a sandwich? 10 Minutes. Hot? take a dip in the pool. The whole 5 days was exactly what we were looking for. Great view, immaculate lodgings and 0 stress. Do it again in a heartbeat. JOC

We spent two wonderful months (Jan 12 - March 9) in your condo and couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, homey accommodations. All the comforts of home were there. The location is perfect if you don't feel like driving to any stores you can walk to many of them. The condo and building was clean and the beach location was great. Being there is the cooler weather didn't hamper us from enjoying the balcony and especially during sunset time. We would certainly go back again.
