We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was in superb condition, the location was perfect, the beds were super cozy and the place had everything we needed. Mana is a very caring owner and he was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Breckenridge.

Ski Trip 2013

We just returned from our first ski trip to Colorado. Mana was excellent to work with. Our original flight was canceled, which pushed our trip back a day and he graciously refunded 1 nights rental fee. Which I greatly appreciated. We had a great time, the condo was very clean, nice and cozy. The price was very reasonable compared to others in the same area. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home for a wonderful vacation.

Good mountainside option

Reasonable price and convenience for a few days on the mountain. Snowflake lift, bus, town, and other ski areas all within striking distance. No frills amenities and decor were all comfortable and in working order.

Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

Nice Family Oriented Place

I didn't bring my family but it was well suited for one. The ski out trail was easy to find and went right to the lift. Very close to the lift. A nice kitchen to keep costs down by eating in.Lot's of modern TV's to keep everyone entertained.(Bring the XBOX) The only downfall of the place was the small garage size which actually seemed to be more of an equipment storage space. I'd come back.

Summit Co Ski Trip

Overall I found this condo to be acceptable but nothing like prior rentals. The rooms were small and not much for condiments - don't really want to buy seasoning when I am on vacation. Could use a gas bbq, not a charcoal pan. Not exactly ski in/out - better directions to and from a lift would be handy. I guess I have been spoiled by other VRBO rentals and this place paled by comparison.

Owner response: I communicated with this Guest several times to find out the actual reason behind his average review. My intention was to ensure that I can take action and improve, but this guest would never respond. I take Guest reviews seriously and try to act on them for improvement. Unfortunately I did not get any co-operation from this guest and nor could I get any actionable items from his review - the guest getting spoiled by something else unfortunately is not actionable and I consider that unreasonable. Here is some information to help the future guests 1) This is a clean and well furnished Condo. It has 875 Square Feet built up area - in addition to this, there is a separate private heated Garage and a parking spot in front of the Garage. The rental price is nominal and is based on the square footage of this Condo. 2) Condiments - the Condo has basic condiments in the shelf (Salt, Pepper and Sugar) - please bring your own if you need anything special or give us a shopping list, my local caretaker can purchase those for you and keep it ready. 3) BBQ is not allowed in the Condo 4) Ski Out access is available right in front of the Condo-Complex through the Snowflake Trail. We had a great stay, condo was very nice. It was a little farther to the lift than we had hoped, but we still had a great time!

Owner response: Thanks for the review - it is very important to take the Snowflake Trail to the lift. It would be a nice Ski Out route. But if you do not have your ski equipment, you have to walk a block.

Superb place for family getaway

I chose this property for my family's first visit to Breckenridge, over Thanksgiving week. We have rented condos at other locations, and must say that this was by far the nicest and most reasonably priced property that we have stayed in. From the moment that we arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and the soothing decor, which was both tasteful and functional. Although the size of the condo is not large, we were never cramped for space, even with four kids (4-14) and two adults. Having two bathrooms helped with this immensely. There were never any problems with noise from adjacent units, which I think was partly because the walls are extra-well insulated. The temperature was also constant, daytime or nighttime, and it never seemed to get hot or cold in the unit. The kids particularly enjoyed the three flat-panel TVs with cable and DVD players located in the living area and bedrooms. Not much of a TV watcher myself, I enjoyed the hot tub more. Because we were early in the season, and skiing on Peak 8 (with one in ski school), we did not find the condo to be really "ski-in, ski out". It is located within about a 1/2 - 1 block walk of the Snowflake lift, but that really did not work for us. However, it was a very short drive to the Gondola lot, and Gondola parking is free during the week for vehicles with 4+ passengers, so it worked out well. The base of Peak 9 is about 3 blocks from the Condo as well, so either are very close. I was also impressed that the owner has in-town representatives to take care of any issues that come up, like extra keys, extra towels, etc. This proved to be a great benefit to this property. Summertime Visit

Our family had a great time at this condo. It is very close to town, so we could walk to downtown easily. The ski lift is really close, so wintertime visitors will have it made. The kids loved the bunk bed, we loved the comfy master bed and we all enjoyed the 3 flat panel TVs. There was plenty of room for the four of us and the condo had all the supplies we needed. Thanks for letting us stay at your mountain home!

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Comfortable & Cozy...everything you need

If you are looking for a place to stay when you are not on the slopes, this condo is very comfortable. My wife and I as well as our 3 kids spent a few nights in this cozy condo and it was plenty big enough (although my kids are school age so they are small). Two bedrooms and two baths meant we were never tripping on each other. Equidistant from the ski hill and downtown made it a nice location. Skiing out was easy...however I recommend orchestrating a plan to get back in off the slopes at the end of the day, although shuttles were abundandt and stops are close by. Very nice, very clean, very comfortable.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Good for a family of four - very neat and clean condo

"Cozy" is a key word - this one-floor condo is rather small in comparison to other places we've stayed in Breck (we've been renting around town for 18 winters). This place is a 5-10 minute walk to Snowflake lift, and if there's enough snow on the ground, you can ski back relatively close to the condo (about 50 yards) but the last bit is quite a lot of poling (it's a very flat return). Nice 10-person hot tub just a short walk (50 yards) away. 3 big flat screen TVs, if you like that (we never turned them on). Kitchen has standard equipment, but also nice wine glasses (a rarity in a condo). Good closet space. Small in-condo washer and dryer worked well. NO dressers in either bedroom, so all clothes must be hung. All beds very comfortable. Both showers had good water pressure and temperature control. Three big floor fans for moving air and a very effective humidifier very appreciated! A small (hidden under tabletop) foosball table was a lot of fun for family. One-car heated parking garage below condo - HOWEVER, if you have larger than a standard sedan, the car will not fit. We had a mid-size SUV, and had to park in driveway outside unit. Overall a nice stay for two adults and two young kids (twin-over-double bunk bed).

Memorable Family Trip

This place is just gorgeous! My family and I just returned from our annual ski trip and we really loved the décor and setup. The kids loved the bunk beds and the foosball table! There were plenty of kitchen items and utensils for us to cook our meals with and we truly felt right at home. The unit is very close to village central and most everything we went to see. Right outside was a great set of hills to sled down…Something we did between events most every day. We left our sleds for the next family so don’t bother buying them! The personal garage was very nice to have and anther example of creature comforts that set this unit apart from other’s we’ve stayed at. We’d recommend this unit for families who’d like to be close to the hot spots yet, like the peace and tranquility of just watching the snow fall on a quiet afternoon. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven.

This is a very nice condo very close to the lifts and a short walking distance to town. It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities. We had a great time while we were there, we'll be back!

Myself and my family stayed for 2 nights in this property. This fully furnished property is very close to Main Street and close to all the tourist attractions in Breckenridge. Very convenient!. My daughters had a blast in their own room with bunk beds. The property was very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody visiting Breckenridge.

Breckenridge in the summer provided plenty of active things to do, yet it was great to come back to this quiet complex and relax. Seemed like less than a 1/2 mile walk to town, with lots ot look at along the way, safe and clean. The lack of humidity in summer was a joy! For our family (parents & 2 ten year old children), the unit itself was perfect, felt like someone's nicely decorated home (not like a rental unit and not super fancy/luxurious and filled with antiques---just right), large & solid eating table, neighbors very nice, full size washer/dryer was very helpful. Many units SAY they have wi-fi---this unit has WORKING wi-fi, and not just in a certain corner of the unit! Very reliable connections, which was key to our vacation. My children LOVED the small grassy area behind the unit. To them it was a “pine forest”. They were very close to the unit so we could easily keep an eye on them, yet they were able to have all sorts of imaginary adventures back there. They also loved the bunk beds. We very much appreciated there already being toilet paper and bars of soap already in the unit (as well as dishwasher detergent). Thank you! We have rented a number of units in different states as well as Paris. This was certainly one of the best, and logistics of renting went without a hitch. Excellent environment, location, and surroundings.

This is probably one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. This Condo very nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen. The wireless internet worked well for us. We recommend it as a great place to stay and Ski. This Condo is definitely on the top of our list for stay at Breckenridge.
