The property is well located and very quiet. The cond.is planned in 3 levels with a beautiful pool.and tropical garden . The 2 good size king and double-bedrooms (one of them in suite with a lovely seating room and bathroom).,and one twin bedroom.There are 2 full bathrooms. plus a social lavabo/toillete.The large living area as large glass doors to the garden and pool fire place and plasma TV. The separeted dinning room seats 8 .. On the first floor the bedroom suite has a large balcony over looking the gardens and pool..
The Kitchen is full and well equipped.
The decoration is modern style with good and new furniture.

From the balcany , you can see the Atlantic Ocean. and beautifull villas of Estoril .Cascais
Good restaurants and cofee shops are near and very convenient supermarkets walking distance. ; 3 minutes twalking to Center and ,lovely park with coofee shop,; 6 minutes to lovely beaches and great promenade along the ocean were you can fined the best sea food restaurants.
Don't need a car..From the Center the train tak;s only 20 minut to dowtown Lisbon.

From Monte Estoril you are near the center of Cascais and Estoril the main towns of the Portuguese Riviera.-Costa do Sol ;The Grand CASINO of ESTORIL is one of the main local attractions.

TheVillai is well located. MonteEstoril is the best aerea of residencial Cascais near the shopping centers restaurants,bars,and beautifull beachs. We had a great 10 days in this lovely villa - although other villas are all around, it feels very peaceful & has wonderfull view. 3 bedrooms are apstairs - *one is a large suite with seating room and fire place <2 king size beds and the twin is a good size & used to be a children's room -Available is a office and mobile internet. TV with 600 international chanels The villa has a lovely terrace, garden & is surrounded by palms - we spent a lot of time by the pool during the day,The villa is well equipped and decorated! A maid comes in once a week to change linens and towls, but the villa is very easy to keep clean. We did find some things - especially golf. A round of golf at the near by club the course has fantastic views & my husband & 2 sons had a great afternoon. We also recommend the restaurant walking distance- we had a very good meal there & everyone was very friendly. Good portuguese food. A day in Lisbon is recommended - we went by train, which is very easy. They are very frequent - Another trip we did one day was to Freeport, which is north-east of Lisbon, across the River Tagus. When we went at the beginning of April, the sales were still on & we got some tremendous bargains. The trip across the bridge is also amazing We used for food & wine the Jumbo supermarket in Cascais. We bought some wonderful steak & large prawn which were fantastic. The fish restaurants are extremely good - cheap, everything was beautifully cooked & you can watch the sun setting as you eat - a superb last evening. All in all, we had a great holiday.
