This gated, one acre, lakefront estate is located on a spring fed, private lake. We have 150 feet of white sandy beach along the crystal clear lake for your family to relax, swim, ski, wakeboard and fish. Our lake has been voted in the top ten list of cleanest lakes in Orlando. Rental includes use of the Boathouse, Swim Platform, Dockage, Paddleboat and Kayak. The gated property is great for pets and children.
Located in a upscale Orlando neighborhood, the Estate is 3000 Sq. feet, under air conditioning with 5 Bedrooms and 3 baths of luxury. 1000 sq foot screen patio includes a Ping Pong Table, Electronic Darts, Bar B Q Grill, Smoker and is fully furnished for your family to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets, or view the nightly Fireworks display from Universal Studios (you are the only crowd here.)
The kitchen, contains granite countertops, new appliances and everything you will need to prepare breakfast to go along with the fresh squeezed orange juice made from the oranges picked on our property, (don't forget to make use of the bananas, grapefruit and lemons.) You will find the inside of our house fully furnished and professionally decorated, and the outside professionally landscaped.
During your rental if you ever decide to leave the house... Drive three miles and you are at Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Citywalk (Margaritaville), you will be located minutes away from Seaworld, Wet N' Wild, Outlet Malls, Bayhill and Metrowest Golf Courses (watch out for Tiger Woods sightings), Bloomingdales, Macy's, Chanel, Tiffany, five star restaurants (Emeril's).
Twenty Minutes to Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Pleasure Island. 4.8 Miles to the Orlando Convention Center. Cocoa Beach, Ron Jons, and Kennedy Space Center are an hour East and Busch Gardens, Seminole Casino Gambling are 1-1/2 hours to the West. We are located 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. CENTRALLY LOCATED!!! This is where you always wanted to stay but ended up in Kissimmee!

This home is located on a private ski lake with beautiful views. It is close to the city and all attractions but so secluded it feels so private and relaxing.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The peaceful setting always puts us in a good mood. Relaxing on the dock and spending time with nature is so healthy. The Universal Fireworks display is so awesome - we feel like the whole thing is put on just for us. The backyard and beach is better than a Corrona Commercial!

This was truly a wonderful home for us to vacation with our family in... It is conveniently located to everything - all the Disney parks, universal, etc..The home was very comfortable, and the lake was awesome! We brought our boat and we went tubing, wakeboarding and skiing all day - everyday....beautiful clean - spring fed lake....thank you for a wonderful time!!! linda -linda, boca raton, florida
