Thirty nine foot seawall with deep canal dockage and exceptional close access to the gulf (1 tenth mile) and Atlantic ocean (1 mile). Fish from dock for snapper and other species.

Dock complete with fish cleaning table and bait freezer. Snorkel in our exceptional clear water canal loaded with endless colors of tropical fish. You can kayak to the adjacent mangroves. After a day of fishing, unwind in our state of the art, fibreoptic, heated pool with integrated hot tub and waterfall! Pool has private bath access!

For the wow factor, you and your guest will experience futuristic architectural design which includes new stainless steel appliances, exotic lighting throughout, granite counter tops throughout and extensive use of marble throughout interior. Guest suite includes large bath with jacuzzi and TV.

Fabulous master suite showcases a functional sky light, TV, and bath to include walk-in shower with dual shower heads and rain shower! Not to mention, she can enjoy a private double vanity. Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding with king size beds. Air mattress included.

  • Gorgeous unit! Spacious, updated, and efficient. Great amenities- pool,hot tub, kayaks, and canal. Well maintained interior - great shower, granite tops, flat screen, modern decor, and cook's kitchen. Pet friendly too! Loved our Keys vcacation at Alynn and hope to return soon!

  • This house is fantastic. I stayed on Alynn Place in July of 2007 and loved it so much I stayed again in August of 2008. What I love most about this house is when you are vacationing with another couple, both couples get a master bed and bath. The pool and hot tub are great. Specially after a day at the beach or on the boat. We rented a boat for the week from a local marina. My husband loved that. We caught many fish and lobster. I can not say enough about this house and the property management. All was A++

  • This is a amazing half duplex, the decor is beautiful. The bathrooms very large as is the walkin shower w/3 heads.I must get one of those for at home. The pool is a nice size as you have the ocean so close by. Matt loved the idea of the bait freezer which he did his best to keep filled. I think it's the most enjoyable vacation we've taken. Kudos to the property manager. Absolutely worth every penny. We'll be back !!

  • 7/7/08 Stayed here for a week the beginning of June and had a wonderful time. Everything in the place is top quality. Had some trouble with the heating of the hot tub but it was being taken care of. Saw a Manatee in the ocean water across the street from the condo. Fished every day in the canal and caught many different fish. It was relaxation in the lap of Luxury !!!!

  • This is a HighQuality half duplex,from the beds to tv and appliances,art work and more. The bathrooms are palacial ranging from the Roman tub to the large walkin shower w/3 heads.Only one canal away from the Gulf and 10 minutes to the Atlantic.The pool is on the small side due to space constraints but is wonderful to jump into after a day of fishing.The biggest negative is the small dining set up,basically an art deco bar table with 4 stools.Perfect for 2 couples or family of4or5.There is a bait freezer which comes in handy for storage or making additional ice blocks.We had a most wonderful and enjoyable week.Mike,the rental mgr followed thru on all promises made and was very professional. Overall, I don"t think you can go wrong with this unit.Definitely worth the $1300.00

  • I had the pleasure of staying in this most perfect vacation"home" with very close friends. The decor was warm and welcoming. I travel quite a lot and was most impressed with the location. Nestled in with island living and the convenience of all the excitement of beach-combing,snorkeling,fishing and sightseeing. We grilled own"catch of the day", had cocktails and relaxed in the "in pool"- hot tub as the sunset. This place had luxurious showers and tubs so I loved getting ready to go out to the local hots spots. A well equipped kitchen, ,internet connection,a large screen TV are just some of the perks, to many to list. The on-line photos don't do it justice. I look forward to another fabulous and relaxing stay.
