Perfect for a family with children, you enter the home through a gated front yard with grass, potted lush greenery and flowers and patio ideal for lounging, barbequing and watching nearby sailboats in the pacific.
The oversized front doors enter the residence into a private office area, where you can, but we do not encourage, work at the desk on your computer with a high-speed wireless cable modem (through out the house), fax and printer. The light oak hardwood floors lead up the staircase to the second level, where the breezy dining room has an oversized barn-style dining table, bookshelf and side tables that are wonderful for relaxed entertaining. Lavish blue and tan nautical designed rooms, Hunter ceiling fans and HD flat screen and modern electronics make the living room great for lounging and watching Sunday football games.
The galley kitchen and breakfast nook are laden with modern appliances and everyday needs ranging from dishes, wine glasses and sippy-cups to a cappuccino machine, blender, steamer and juicer. The second level spilt staircase leads to the upper level, where the master bedroom suite awaits with breathtaking views and the sounds of waves breaking on the sand, that will leave you never wanting to get out of the enormous California King bed, 1000 thread count, white sheets and down pillows and flat-screen HD plasma TV on the wall. While rinsing off the day in the open air shower, you might see dolphins frolicking in the surf.
Not to feel second best, the shabby-chic decorated guest room faces the blue sea with remarkable golden sunsets and ocean breezes. The third bedroom is picture-perfect for a child or infant complete with changing table, crib, books and toys.
Just right for a family with a small child, the house has been Boo-Boo Busted with child-safe plugs, drawers, toilets, gates, and electronics to keep your child as safe as ours.
