Camp Willow Cottages are located on Lake Dunlap. Lake Dunlap is an extension of the guadalupe river. It is a constant level lake designed for skiing and swimming. 2 1/2 acres of lush green lawn with many 100 foot tall trees. We have 650 feet of lake frontage with a wonderful deck along the water. A great place to fish, swim or just relax.
It is a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood setting-away from all the crowds.
CAMP HOUSE-
Our Camp House is a 3 bedroom/2 bath (1 huge interior bath and 1 exterior cabana style bath) house that sleeps 10-12 people. It includes a wonderful deck on the front and patio furniture and a bbq grill/smoker. Free washer and dryer in house.
COTTAGE 1 & COTTAGE 2-
We also have 2 cottages that sleeps 6-8 each. They are 1 bdrm/1 bath with a sleeping loft upstairs that include 2 queen beds. A sleeper sofa is located in the living room. Complete kitchen with all your linens, pots & pans, etc. Each cottage has a wooden deck and patio furniture. Also a bbq grill/smoker. Free washer & dryer in exterior building.
We are located within 5-10 minutes of Schlitterbahn, the Comal River, the Guadalupe River and Gruene Hall.
A great place for families and reunions. We have a launching ramp on site so bring your jet ski's or boat. We have many water toys you can use such at kayaks, rafts, john boat, floats.
