Camp Willow Cottages are located on the Lake Dunlap. Lake Dunlap is part of the guadalupe river. It is a constant level lake designed for skiing, lounging and swimming. 2 1/2 acres of lush green lawn with many 100 foot tall trees. We have 650 feet of water frontage with a wonderful deck along the water. A great place to fish, swim or just relax.
It is a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood setting-away from all the crowds.
Our Camp House is a casual lake house. It is 3 bedroom/2 bath and sleeps 12-15 people. It includes a wonderful deck on the front that overlooks the water, patio furniture and a large bbq grill/smoker. Free usage of washer and dryer in house. House is fully furnished with all bed & bath linens and kitchen utensils/dishes/pots/etc. Nicely decorated in a nautical/fishing motif. Comfortable and rustic casual.
We are located within 5-10 minutes of Schlitterbahn, the Comal River, the Guadalupe River and Gruene Hall.
A great place for families and reunions. We have a launching ramp on site so bring your jet ski's or boat. We have many water toys you can use such at kayaks, rafts, john boat, floats.
Also 2 cottages available-just ask. Cottages sleep 8 each.

Why the Owner Chose New Braunfels
We purchased the property as an opportunity to retire early. The property is the most beautiful piece I have ever seen so I decided to build out there myself. I reminds me a lot of Landa Park with large green expanses and huge trees everywhere. The water is what attracts me the most so I do boat and own a few seadoos. We love our own dog, a Boston Terrier so well mannered dogs are welcome.

The property is to die for. It is our best feature. It is so beautiful. 2.5 acres of a park like setting, lush green lawn, huge trees. I have 650' of water frontage with a deck along the water. Launching ramp on site. Quiet, serene, a great place to decompress and relax.
