Conveniently located just steps to the ocean, pier, shopping, restaurants and bars. Should you need to travel easy access to freeway and train station nearby. Sun, surf, fishing, boating, golfing all just minutes away. Walk up from the garage right into the living room featuring double sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, bath and BBQ just outside the sliding door. Upstairs bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds that slide together to create a roomy king size bed if you prefer and dual sink bath with tub/shower.
