Luxurious home with a private heated pool only 1 mile from the Tournament Players Club (TPC) Golf Course and only 1 mile from Grayhawk Golf Course. This home is very spacious and perfect for three couples with 3 well appointed bedrooms, 3 full baths and a 2-car garage. Entertainment will not be a problem, the home is equipped with Cox Digital Cable DVD, Stereo, 5.1 Surround Sound, and Speakers outside in the pool area, all three bedrooms are also wired with Digital Cable TV, the two guest bedrooms even have DVD's.
During your stay you will be surrounded by polished hardwood floors, Tumbled travertine stone tile in the kitchen, and Granite Counters. This home backs 270 degrees of privacy! No neighbors directly across the street, to the left side or directly behind the home. Natural stone tile in all the bathrooms, only natural glass, wood and stone throughout the house.
The master bedroom has a king bed, and a door leading out to the pool. The master bathroom has a large roman tub and walk in shower and walk in closet. There is a door from the master bath that goes to a private patio with a fireplace. The two guest suites have Queen Beds. The kitchen is fit for a Gourmet Chef with a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. Softwater system with reverse osmosis. Stainless steel drop in barbeque with Rotisserie.
There is a raised flagstone sundeck at the rear of the home by the pool. The pool is accented with five hand carved canterra frog fountains. If you are looking for a hot tub, just steps from the home is a community hot tub and fireplace. There is a large community pool available as well. If you play Tennis, you have use of the community courts. Grayhawk also features over 25 miles of jogging and walking paths.
