You will LOVE it! With the exception of the breathtaking panoramic view, everything in this Classic Beach Cottage was recently redone... Shiny hardwood floors, updated and stylish coastal furnishings and comfy new mattresses await you! Seabrook and our villa are centered around the BRAND NEW BEACH CLUB and this location combines relaxing tranquility with the convenience of jumping right into the action! This makes for quick and easy clean-up time after a day at the beach. Also new - Internet Access!
The three bedrooms have one king, one queen and twin bunks with a convertible queen sofa. Bunk bedroom offers plenty of seating and floor space for kids to enjoy games, toys or their own TV/DVD/VCR! Queen bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the lush green golf course. Colorful, fun and roomy - the Master Suite has a sliding glass door to the deck.
'Hanging Out' has never felt better! Though the outdoors at Seabrook has SO much to offer, occasionally... you might come inside! And when you do, the panoramic view combined with the spaciousness of the cottage's cathedral ceiling great room with wet bar gives you plenty of room to be together playing games, watching DVD's on the new flat screen TV or stretch out on the porch with a great beach read. The cottage has games, DVD’s and books for your enjoyment. Dining-in? You’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen or dial the Club and stroll over to pick up your Seaview Pizza! Enjoy the large dining table for family meals, sit casually in the spacious eat-in kitchen surrounded by greenery and sunshine, OR go ‘al fresco’ and cook and eat out on the deck or screened porch!
Beach and Pool Lovers: So convenient! 150 yards from Pelican Beach, the cottage has a beach wagon on site for easily transporting sand buckets, coolers and towels to the beach. Enclosed Outside Shower for easy clean up! You'll LOVE the easy walk to the fabulous beach, the Club with two pools, outdoor bar and restaurants [4/10 of a mile from the cottage], the Golf Club and Fitness Center - all exclusively available to owners and Seabrook resort guests (like you) when you rent from us!

Our whole family enjoyed staying at this property. It was fun for the toddlers, young adults, and baby boomers in our crowd. The property was clean, spacious, well appointed, and convenient to all the facilities as well as lovely. We walked to the beach and used the property provided cart to take all our daily supplies. The beach was convenient and beautiful! We were able to eat family meals together as the kitchen was clean and functional and there was plenty of table space. We also enjoyed the local resterants recommended and the clubhouse. I have already recommended this to my co-workers as a wonderful place to escape too!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It is very spacious with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We saw alligators in the water behind the house every day! The outdoor shower is great and keeps sand out of the house. The beach is a short walk and the pool club, just a little further away, is awesome--they have towel service, restaraunt on the water, etc. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Enjoyed the property and its location. It was perfect for our 2 families with children. The listing description was accurate, the photos reflect the rental appearance and the owner was very helpful in taking care of questions and concerns. The only criticism would be that the property was not as clean as we would have anticipated, having stayed before at ResortQuest rentals on Seabrook and Kiawah. There were socks under a bed from a previous renter and and a sweater in one of the rooms, which makes one wonder about the effectiveness of the cleaning crew. We love Seabrook and SC in general and will be back for sure.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

My family and I spend a week at the beach together every summer. We have done this FOREVER! My children and I started it and invited another family when they were little and as they grew and married and had kids of their own we just always kept it up. Anyway, the last two summer vacations we have spent at a very special Spinnaker Townhome at Seabrook Island and I can honestly tell you that the last two years have been the best ever!!!! We highly recommend it! Hope you make as many wonderful memories as me and my family have made.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We had a wonderful stay. Our only regret was that our visit was too short at two months. Seabrook is a very special place; the beach, the wildlife, the live oak trees with spanish moss, the proximity to Charleston and Savannah, the weather. The house is exactly as described, exactly as pictured. My wife has made me promise that next year we will stay at least three months. This was our first time renting and it could not have been a more positive experience.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
