Enjoy our luxurious home with over 2,400 square feet of open space, vaulted ceilings, and windows that stretch from floor to ceiling, so that you can experience the amazing views. Our home has been newly furnished and includes a new seven person hot tub spa on the deck. After a soak in the hot tub and dinner prepared on our stainless steel gas grill or in our fully stocked kitchen, enjoy sitting in front of our coral gas fireplace in the living room or watching a movie on our High Definition TV with HBO cable.

On the second floor, you will find down comforters and high quality linens, covering each of the beds, as well as televisions with cable and DVD players in the queen bedrooms. The master bathroom has both a steam shower and Jacuzzi bath. Our home has high speed internet connection with wireless, for those of you who need to stay connected. Our dining table seats eight plus there are three barstools for the counter. As an added bonus to enjoying the space and amenities of our home, the stop for the free shuttle bus to Vail is at our corner, right outside our front door.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes

After moving to Colorado we asked the locals in Boulder where they would choose a second home if they had anywhere in Colorado. Vail kept coming up so we took the plunge.

The Unique Benefits at this Private House, Duplex

Our place has an open non cramped feeling with peaked ceilings in the large living room as well as in the bedrooms. Our private hot tub is wonderful after a day on the slopes as well as after a long hike. The bus stop right at our corner is an added convenience especially during the winters coming every 15 minutes. We just hate to leave.

It's tough to choose if we enjoy the summers or the winters in Vail more. The summers are great with the hiking and biking with options for rafting and horseback riding and more. The winters obviously are amazing with the best mountain around.

    • I have absolutely nothing but nice things to stay about our stay in this home. The Finers were welcoming, and accomodating and this came within a few days of arrival, as it was a last minute reservation. The house is beautiful, warm, inviting, clean. The couches are to die for. I never wanted to get up, once I sunk in. The linens in the bedrooms are high quality and each bed has a duvet. Not something you see all the time. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood, and right next to the bus stop. Very convenient. Thank you to the Finer Family for such wonderful accomodations.

    • Some associates and I had the opportunity to experience this wonderful property for 4 days in early December this past year, and "perfect" merely begins to scratch the surface of our experience; both with the property, as well as in our dealings with Richard & Alyssa. Their home was immaculatly kept, and we never had a need for anything; towels, bedding, kitchen accesories, you name it, they provided it in spades. Both the hot-tub and the soaring fireplace in the living room speak for themselves, and were thoroughly enjoyed after EACH of 3 long days on the slopes. We found both the price structure of their property, and their availability to work within YOUR budget, to far surpass that of any other property owners we had contacted in the area, and felt that each dollar we spent was worth ten.
