Our GROUND FLOOR luxury villa is only a few steps away from a sparkling pool, sun lounge and hot-tub, located in the centre of a beautiful landscaped courtyard. Grand Marina Villas ("GMV") over looks a tranquil boat-filled marina in Paradise Village, a five-star beachfront resort, considered the most complete resort on Banderas Bay.
Entertain your family and friends around the pool, at the beach or in the privacy and comfort of this 4000 square foot, luxury villa. The main floor is appointed with vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, a complete kitchen and center island, large family room and dining area, half-bath and laundry. On the second floor, each bedroom is an "en-suite" with a private bathroom.
The master bedroom includes a king-bed, private jetted-tub and shower, double sinks, TV, walk-in closet and large balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom contains another king-bed, private shower and bathroom, closet and small balcony. The third bedroom contains two queen beds, private shower and bathroom, TV, closet and small balcony.
Enjoy the many excellent restaurants on or very near the resort or prepare a meal in your deluxe kitchen. A gas barbeque is also available for your use in the common area near the pool. GMV is located next to the Paradise Village shopping center and is only a short walk to the resort hotel and the private members-only Beach Club. The complex is gated and has 24 hour security. The shopping centre contains many retail stores, restaurants, a medical and a dentist office, a bank and ATM, grocery/drug store, deli, coffee bars and Internet Café.
Paradise Village offers two full service spas, massage, health/beauty treatments as well as a variety of exercise classes on a fee for service basis. For a small fee, you will also have access to a world class "Sports Club" (200,000 square feet) which includes tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, lap pool, children's pool and play gymnasium, state of the art fitness equipment, pilates, spinning and experienced trainers for your assistance. Guests can pay $82.50 USD for up to five people to use the Sports Club & Beach Club for the entire duration of their stay.
Or play golf at "El Tigre", Paradise Village's 18-hole championship golf course, driving range, practice green, restaurant, pro-shop and European Spa. Guests of GMV enjoy a discount to the prevailing green fees - in 2008, guest fees were $115.00 USD prime time and $98.00 USD after 1:30 pm, not including taxes - rates are subject to change. The immediate vicinity around Banderas Bay includes nine golf courses. Four are within 10 minutes of Paradise Village.
Paradise Village is only a fifteen-minute taxi ride to the Airport and twenty minutes to downtown. Bus service is very good and inexpensive and is approximately 30 minutes to downtown.
If you want adventure, book a tour with the nearby Vallarta Adventures or many other tour providers located in town or at the Marina. Whale watching, fishing charters, snorkelling, zip-trekking through the treetops, dune buggies, horses etc. Paradise Village is located mid-way between Puerto Vallarta and Punta de Mita (north). Take advantage of the parking outside your back door, or rent a car and see Buccerias, Sayulita, San Poncho, or the entire Nyarit Riviera area. Additional shopping at Sam's, Costco, Mega, or Wal-Mart is only 15 minutes away.
