Our beautifully decorated, two bedroom/two full bath villa is completely furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. It includes a queen-size bed in the master suite, twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The practical floor plan creates privacy between the bedrooms and the main living area.
We diligently maintain our villa to ensure pleasant and comfortable accomodations for our guests. Our most recent updates include new laminate flooring installed throughout the villa, new mattresses in the bedrooms to ensure a great night's sleep, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, redecorated bedrooms in light, airy seaside colors, and fresh paint throughout. We also offer free broadband wireless internet for your convenience!!! The livingroom is equipped with a large, HD TV with DVD player and the master bedroom has a cable TV with DVD player. Our villa is truly home away from home!
117 Admirals Row is located in the MOST desireable oceanfront Building A in HHB&T with a lovely southern exposure. IT IS VERY RARE TO FIND A 2 BEDROOM/2 BATH RENTAL THIS CLOSE TO THE OCEAN! We stayed here for Thanksgiving week of 2011. This is a great place. My wife has MS and this unit is on the ground floor with a ramp leading right to the door. The walk to the beach is very short and my wife was able to enjoy the beach. The unit is very family-oriented with a beach cart and chairs. There is also board games, dvd players and dvd's to watch. The unit has a nice layout and a great view of the beach. each morning we walked onto the balcony to enjoy the view. I grew up on th island and used to be the exterminator for this property in 1994-1995, so I know the area well. This unit is worth the money and if we come back next summer, I hope we can get this unit. The only con would be no tv in the spare bedroom.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
