  Had a terrific long weekend at Admirals Row 117. Villa was clean, well equipped and convenient to restaurants, golf courses and shopping. Villa exceeded my expectations, Would love to rent this property again next time I am going to HHI. The owner was prompt in answering my questions and getting information to me during my query. Awesome experience.

  This makes our 10th year that we've stayed at this condo. Very relaxing and close to the ocean. We enjoy sitting on the deck to hear ocean in the evening. The owner provides all necessary needs to make our stay vary comfortable. We have been to the restaurants with-in the resort, (pizza shop is great). We would recommend this condo to friends or relatives should they desire to visit Hilton Head Island.

  This is our 6th year coming to Hilton Head and our first year in this Villa. We loved it! Everything that was mentioned through VRBO was completely accurate. It was so nice to have somewhere to stay that is so close to the beach, so handy for bringing in luggage and groceries and the private "smaller" pool is a BONUS. We would like to give Lynda (the owner) a special thanks for the organizational clarity, time & support to make this one of great family vacation!

  This was my first visit to Hilton Head and staying at this condo made the vacation perfect! The condo is on the first floor and is a corner unit. We never heard any noise. Everything was spotless inside. The condo is very tastefully decorated and comfortable with every convenience you may need. I especially loved the very short walk to the beach as I took long walks every morning. Then returned to sit on the balcony enjoying coffee and breakfast. It was so peaceful and relaxing....just what we needed. The condo includes the use of the tennis courts and pool and there is a restaurant right there at the pool. I found the condo to be extremely convenient to everything...shopping, good restaurants etc. We would definitely recommend this unit and plan to return!

  We had a wonderful vacation at this villa. The place was perfect, no stairs and easy access to the beach. The only complaint we had is the chair in the living room, once you sit down it takes someone to pull you up out of the chair. I think it has seen its day. The villa was very clean and being an end condo keep all the noise out. Please let us come back again and thank you for lettting us enjoy a great holiday at your villa.

  Owner response: We are so happy to read all the positive reviews from our guests. In response to the livingroom chair, our 2 boys love that chair and so we held onto it longer than we should have because of them. We have replaced the chair with a new one today - enjoy!

  This was our first time staying at this villa and I can guarantee it will not be our last!! When we arrived we could not believe how close to the beach we actually were and that we had a ramp instead of steps. So very convenient with two little ones and lots of luggage, etc! We loved the beautifully decorated villa and the hardwood floors were so lovely. We would recommend this villa to everyone!! We can't wait to come back!!

  We stayed at the villa and yes!--the description you see above is accurate (actually even better). The villa is well kept and exceptionally clean. More than enough towels and washcloths. Every little detail has been addressed as far as needs for your stay. We enjoyed the balcony each morning and evening and enjoyed conversations with passerbys. The furniture is up to date and very well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. Large refrigerator to store your needs for the week. We rented bikes on site, played tennis on site and even enjoyed the sports bar on a rainy afternoon. We enjoyed shooting pool with other vacationers. Being on the first floor, first villa as you come up the ramp is awesome. No stairs, unless you choose to take them, while you are bringing up luggage or groceries. There is a closet full of beach items which make the trip to the beach even more enjoyable. There is a beach buggy to tow all your beach items, there are several beach chairs and even toys for the little ones. This is an absolute 'must stay' villa if you are visiting Hilton Head. A very short trip to the grocery store and lots of restaurants close by. We will certainly stay here again!! Now remember---this is NOT a pet friendly resort.

  We stayed here for Thanksgiving week of 2011. This is a great place. My wife has MS and this unit is on the ground floor with a ramp leading right to the door. The walk to the beach is very short and my wife was able to enjoy the beach. The unit is very family-oriented with a beach cart and chairs. There is also board games, dvd players and dvd's to watch. The unit has a nice layout and a great view of the beach. each morning we walked onto the balcony to enjoy the view. I grew up on th island and used to be the exterminator for this property in 1994-1995, so I know the area well. This unit is worth the money and if we come back next summer, I hope we can get this unit. The only con would be no tv in the spare bedroom.
