Welcome to our home-away-from-home. We're delighted to offer our Cozy Mountain Retreat condo to families coming to the Rocky Mountains to enjoy the best Summit County has to offer! You will be hard-pressed to find better lodging for the price in such a world-class resort area. The condominium is located in the Treehouse development, which is surrounded by pine trees on the side of Buffalo Mountain (9,500 feet), overlooking Silverthorne and Lake Dillon.
Our condo is right in the middle of the best skiing in Colorado! Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin are only minutes away. FREE transportation is available from the parking lot. Vail and Loveland resorts are just 30 minutes away.
Cross-country skiing and night-time sleigh rides are available in Frisco -- about 15 minutes away. These beautiful 14,000-foot mountains also provide outstanding hiking and biking in the summer.
There are many fine restaurants in the area. However if you prefer to prepare your own meals (as we do), our condo has a fully-equipped kitchen and seating for six diners. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa and assorted breakfast items are stocked for your first morning in the mountains!
Lounging is enjoyable in the cozy living room with two couches, a fireplace, and a well-equipped entertainment center. Games, videos and reading materials are available for all ages. We provide literature describing winter activities, biking trails, and nearby shopping and restaurants.
Master bedroom has a queen bed with private bath. The second bedroom provides two twin beds. A queen-size sleeper is available in the living room. The condo accommodates six sleepers. A full bath is conveniently located for guests. Bed and bath linens provided along with beach towels and bath basics.
Enjoy the brand new guest facilities during your stay. Completed in October, 2003, the recreation center offers a pool, 3 spas, sauna, exercise room, and racquetball court. The game room includes billiards, ping pong, air hockey, video arcade and vending machines. Upstairs you will find a beautiful lodge setting complete with fireplace, comfortable couches, big screen TV and game tables. Party room with private kitchen and bar area available for rent.
Other amenities include onsite laundry facilities with NEW washers and dryers, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and charcoal grills with picnic areas.
Condominium is available throughout the year.

My son, a buddy of his , and myself stayed here in late summer. I have stayed at other condos and ended up with poor, uncomfortable mattresses, and you know how that makes the next day go. The place was first rate, and the price was cheaper than staying at a hotel. I highly recommend it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Stayed here last winter the first week of February. Weather was incredibly cold, woke up to minus 28 one day. Condo was very good. Nothing fancy, including the price. Clean and well-furnished. Would definitely consider coming here again.

The condo is a good location to A-Basin, Keystone and Breckenridge. It is a nice condo with a great Rec Center. The price was better than anything else in the area. The owner was wonderful to deal with.

My sister(Denver) and I (Grand Junction) stayed 5 nights at this condo to rest and relax and just get away from everyday life. It was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, quiet, and the rec center had a lot to take advantage of. We spent 2 days going to the Parade of Homes and then just stayed at the condo the rest of the time and relaxed. I would recommend this condo to anyone and the price was great. Thanks

We stayed at the condo while in Silverthorne for a wedding. It was certainly convenient to all we needed to do. While it is not the most modern space, it was comfortable and so nice to have a kitchen so we weren't eating out every meal. A good home base while you're out and about in the Rockies.

Wonderful experience. Condo was clean, roomy and made you feel at home. Very conveniently located to all resorts. Rec center was awesome, with plenty to do(racquetball, swim, ping pong, air hockey or just relax in the sauna or spas. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Your condo was convenient to many of the trails we wanted to snowshoe and our daughters were able to snowboard close by. Kudos on having such a well equipped place to stay!
