Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, chopping-block island and custom cabinets. Read a book or watch TV in the living room on the extra-large comfy couch next to the rock fireplace. A bonus room (with laundry closet) provides extra space for kids to play, dogs to rest, or a session in the massage chair. The downstairs bathroom has custom tile work in the steam shower, two sinks and a privacy toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms; a large room with a king bed, the balcony room with a queen, and an additional queen-sized bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a tub with hand shower, toilet and sink. Linens are included for all bedrooms and bathrooms.
French doors from the dining room open to the private deck and large fenced-in back yard - pets can use the dog-door! Relax in the sun, practice your short game or enjoy the spa tub after skiing, hiking, biking or rollerblading. Mature trees surround the property including towering aspens beside the deck.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$350 to $550 per night.
Complete details on agreement to be signed by renter.
Fifty percent (50%) of total Rent shall be due six months prior to arrival.
The remaining 50% Rent and Security Deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
The Tenant will pay a security deposit in the amount of $1000/month.
Monthly rentals also welcome.
