Tired of the hustle and bustle of every day life? Le Jardin is truly a place where you can get away from it all. You can park your car and never use it again until it’s time to go home.
Le Jardin is conveniently located right in the heart of the village of Baytowne Wharf, a self-contained village with world class restaurants, shops and nightlife right outside your door. Our beautiful 3-story townhome is professional decorated and well equipped. We even have Wi-Fi internet, along with a high chair and porta- crib for your little ones.
The First Level:
Walk into the main level and the first thing you’ll notice is the soaring 12 ½ -foot ceilings with crown molding and 2 sets of double French doors. You’ll also find an expansive living room with large Travertine tiles, comfortable family room furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa, for lounging and relaxing. If you’re the type who enjoys curling up on the sofa to watch your favorite TV shows or catch a game you’ll find our large HDTV (yes even HD service from Cox cable) hidden behind a beautiful imported armoire.
Our kitchen is a cook’s dream. Bring out the your inner Emeril Lagasse or Paula Deen with our professional Dual Fuel Viking Stove and Convection Oven, Sub Zero Refrigerator, wine cooler and Cuisinart cook ware. Make your morning coffee with our Cuisinart Grind and Brew coffee maker or if you prefer, walk 100 feet to Starbucks to get your favorite morning coffee. We, of course, have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities such as a toaster, microwave, mixer, blender, ample plates, glasses, wine and beer glasses and kitchen utensils. And we even have a supply of spices, sugar, creamer, aluminum foil, etc.
The dining room features an extra-large square dining table and 8 chairs.
The front porch has a table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee, take in the serene setting or share a meal.
The Second Floor:
Queen Master Bedroom has with 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, a Queen bed with Egyptian Cotton sheets, TV, ceiling fan, reading lamps, large closet, iron and ironing board and a shared attached balcony (with bedroom Jr. Queen Master). The attached bathroom is equipped with double vanity, Ralph Lauren towels, blow dryer, tub & shower combo and separate commode room.
Jr. Queen Master Bedroom features 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, a Queen bed with TV, ceiling fan, reading lamps, iron and ironing board, large closet, and a shared attached balcony. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and features a tub and shower, Ralph Lauren towels, and blow dryer.
Also on the second floor, you’ll find the laundry room with washer and dryer.
The Third Floor:
The King Master Suite features 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, a King-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, a double-sided Fireplace, TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, reading lamp, iron and ironing board, and a private balcony with Views of the Bay!
The attached luxurious bathroom is appointed with all White Marble, double vanity, jetted jacuzzi tub with Fireplace, separate shower and separate commode room. Of course this bathroom also has Ralph Lauren towels and a blow dryer as well.
And if this is not enough, we have another townhome right next door (VRBO number 12043) in case you have a group or family gathering. (Between the two there is sleeping accommodations for 14.)

This property is very nicely appointed and is perfect for anyone who enjoys the lap of luxury. I had a beary nice time staying in Le Jardin. The home is in the perfect location—in the heart of Baytowne Wharf, just steps outside the door are all the shops, restaurants daily entertainment. The Wharf has all sorts of entertainment going on all day long so you will never be at a loss for things to do here.
This home is a rare find with three master bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, which is perfect for three couples to share. The beds were delightful with luxuriously soft sheets. The double sided fireplace in the third floor master was a nice surprise; you can see it from the master bedroom and the master bathroom.
Overall, I found the home to be well-appointed and upscale but at the same time comfortable enough to kick back and cozy-up on the sofa.

Spent Christmas 2012 here with family and loved not only the home but the location as well. Le Jardin is in the center of all of the activities in Baytowne. Tom and Christine's unit is very well maintained, nicely furnished, and has bay views from the balconies. Had a nice weekend here. This is the best location inside Sandestin if you want to enjoy all the restaurants and activities inside Baytowne Wharf. The owners were great to deal with--fast responses to all our questions. The sunset on the docks is the best in all of Destin--Not to be missed! Your condo is beautiful, just like the pictures showed! It is very accommodating and we loved how spacious it is! The location of you condo could not be any better either! We love shopping and the restaurants in Baytowne so the quick walk made it nice! My entire family had a wonderful time and we can't wait to go back! We spent a week at this property and it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken. The Destin, FL area is a great family vacation destination. We had no idea what to expect as we had never been to Destin before. We were pleasantly surprised and will be back! The property is in a great location. It's close to the pool and close to Baytown Wharf (easy walking distance) while still being private. The property was perfect for our family of three (including a three year old) and my wifes parents (5 people in all). Very well appointed and comfortable. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs. There was a baby gait so the upstairs bedrooms were not a problem with children. We spent most of our time here laying by the pool or just enjoying the front patio. If you are looking to be on the beach this is not the place for you. It's about a 10 min drive to the beach, which is amazing, white, soft sand and amazing blue water! We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close to the Wharf and enjoy this very comfortable property.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This townhome was booked, so we rented the neighbor's townhome through the same owner. The layout and floorplan were almost identical. You cannot beat the location or the ammenities. The owners are extremely easy to work with and want your stay to be enjoyable. Our iron broke on the first day and within hours the owners had called the housekeeper to deliver not one, but two new irons and an ironing board. Truly above and beyond, but very much appreciated.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at Le Jardin for our Spring Break. It was a great place to stay. It was beautifully decorated with a home like feel and the furniture looked very new. We were traveling with 2 children and a baby. The house could not have been more family friendly. There were alot of big and small details to make our stay so comfortable. The house was nicely equipped with a highchair and a crib, soap to wash your hands after a long trip, as well as plastic cups/plates/bowls for small hands. Anyone traveling with small children or a baby knows how convenient this is. We had a great time. The weather was perfect. The kids had a great time at the warf with all of the activities going on. We also spend alot of time at the pool. We are looking forward to our next trip there!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Isn't it so annoying when you pay good money for a rental and they don't even have Salt and Pepper in the cupboard? When you rent our homes you will find much more in our places than you would in the typical rental. You'll find spices in the cupboards, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, foil, etc.
Our guests always comment on how well equipped our home is. While it may not be your deciding factor when you are choosing places to rent, you will appreciate it once you get here.
Most everything you’ll need during your stay is here! Because we live so far away, we take special care to make sure everything is in perfect condition.
It’s imperative that we have the best help. We employ a housekeeper who only cleans for a couple of people. We do not use one of those massive cleaning companies who dash in and out in 15 minutes and call it clean. Our housekeeper takes hours to clean our condo (so the cleaning fee is $20-$30 more than you’d pay with others but we ensure it’ll be really clean!)
