Circular driveway with two car garage and all electric hurricane shutters ensure your safety and privacy. It is the perfect vacation home on a wide 220 foot canal, just two minutes to the river. A private captains dock and boatlift and jet ski lift are in the back. Enjoy our heated 14' X 28' pool complete with swim-up tiki snack bar and in-pool stools with water kept at 85 degrees. Enjoy the stunning wide canal views from almost every room in the home. Large 2300 square foot under air and 4500 square foot total living area ensures spacious accommodations. If your lifestyle is enjoying the outdoors, we have three entertainment areas. The covered lanai has tables and chairs for eight. The wood deck overlooking the canal has a gas grill and table and chairs under a tiki. At the lower dock level we have a tiki bar, complete with refrigerator for your entertaining refreshment needs. Manatees, dolphin and tarpon can be seen on the deepest canal in the Cape of 28 feet. Spacious master suite with king-sized bed and sliders facing the pool lanai and canal. The living dining area has a cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace between the living and dining rooms and 18 inch tile with a view of the pool/lanai area and triple disappearing sliders. Full air conditioned with paddle fans in every room. Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with counter barstool area, breakfast nook and formal dining areas providing the great views. High speed internet, dvd's and vhs. Maytag premium washer and dryer also provided. Jet-ski also available upon request.
