Our place is nice. Big and roomy and super comfortable This rental is the Whole Upstairs Portion of our Home.
We live downstairs. Private entrance into the Upstairs Portion of our two story house. Shared Washer and Dryer. Squeaky Clean, New Tile Floor. Large Carpeted Bedrooms. TV with CD/DVD/stereo. Three Big Bamboo King Sized Beds. Teak-Wood Tables, Chairs, Dressers and Desks. Covered Wrap Around Lanai
Unbeatable Location... one block to the "Backyard Beach" (surfing/windsurfing) and 2 blocks to the "Mother's Beach" (swimming or surfing, great for kids) a (150 yards). Across the street to breakfast at Ted's Bakery. Bike Path starts here. Perfect for biking or jogging. Super Safe for Kids. Completely gated Property. This neighborhood is very Quiet and Family Oriented. Park inside our lockable gate. Small Lotus Bowl/Fishpond , Bali Style Gazebo in the Backyard...... 5 minutes drive North is Turtle Bay Hilton Resort. World famous Sunset Beach is 30 second drive away or within walking distance. Banzai Pipeline is about 2 minutes drive away. 5 minutes drive south is Waimea Bay which is great for swimming, snorkeling and sometimes whale and dolphin watching. (Even sea turtles too.)
North Shore is the heaven for surfers and families alike. The locals also call it the "7 Mile Miracle". Usually surf is big in the winter time and calm in the summer time.
To experience the true North Shore spirit, Sunset Beach is the right destination. For surfers and non surfers, you'll feel right at home. Mother's Beach just a block away and is the North Shore's best kept secret with it's tree shaded picnic tables and soft sand bottom swimming area. Backyards is another "Secret Spot" tucked away from the regular tourist traffic so that you'll always find an uncrowded perfect surf/swimming location.

Secret Spot at Sunset Beach (Backyards)
This is the world famous big wave surfing destination. Crystal clear water, white sand beach. Perfect swimming unless the surf is up. Please check in with lifeguards.

Thanks Bill, Reba and family...we really enjoyed our stay at your home. We loved the house, it was very comfortable and well equipped.......loved the spacious kitchen, family and dining area!!! We appreciated being made to feel so welcome......would definately recommend your property to anyone visiting the Sunset Beach area. The Reynolds family..

Great House! Wonderful Location! Everthing went smooth. Owners are helpful and gracious. House is reasonable. Quiet Neighborhood. Easy walk to two beaches. We spent most of our beach time at "Mothers" Beach. Good for Kids, calm waters. Owners on Premise, they are great! Just minutes from, Sharks Cove, Grocery, Wiamea Bay, and Haleiwa Town. North Shore is the Best! Easy walk to Ted's Bakery.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is near V-land, backyards, Moms (next to Sunset beach) the perfect areas for easy swimming! Private beaches away from the rest! We walked or took the bikes to Teds every morning for breakfast or had a grand kitchen to cook in! This was one of my best stays on Northshore! Very peaceful and luxurious place! I can't wait to come back! Bill & his wife were very accommodating & helpful!
