The hickory hardwood floors and propane slate fireplace add warmth to this one-of-a-kind luxurious retreat. The cushy leather sofas and chairs and the new Sealy Posturpedic pillow-top beds add unsurpassed comfort. This 2000 square foot home is new and so are it's furnishings. The large great room - backdropped by a wall of river view windows - give a spacious feeling of bringing the tranquil outdoors in.
You can launch your boat in the Big Deschutes at our neighborhood ramp and then dock it at our boat dock right in front of our home!
The three bedrooms are equipped as follows... King in the River Suite, Queen in the Bear Room and Queen in the Sleigh Room. Each bed is new and of the highest quality and comfort. We have one twin Aerobed for children. This portable bed has a felt top, inflates and deflates by an electric built-in pump in 1 minute, hold air for days and are adjustable by the touch of a button to add or extract air.
The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs.
The oversized garage sports a ping pong table. We also provide a library of books and and 200 movies for your entertainment as well as games including: Catch Phrase, Cranium, Taboo, Mexican Train Dominoes, Poker, Pictionary, Trivial Pursuit and Scrabble.
This unique retreat is just 5 minutes outside the Sunriver resort community (from South Sunriver entrance) where you can enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, fine dining, shopping and so much more! A short 18 mile drive will get you to world class skiing on Mt. Bachelor.

My husband, Rick, and I own 2 lovely vacation rental homes in the resort community of Sunriver.
Why the Owner Chose Sunriver
We feel Sunriver is the most wonderful vacation spot anywhere. With 3 championship golf courses, 27 tennis courts, the river for kayaking and canoing, the bike paths that go thru the community and for miles along the river thru the woods, the horseback riding and ATV riding and tons of activities for children of all ages including the swimming pools. All that and snow sports on Mt Bachelor just 20 minutes away. Sunriver can't be beat.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
This is the most luxurious and most affordable home right on the big Deschute River! Our lawn ends at the reeds along the river edge and to our private boat dock. Launch your boat in our neighborhood launch ramp and dock it right in front of the home or fish off the dock for the biggest brown trout you have ever seen.
