MOTHERLODE G:

We are currently accepting reservation requests for SUNDANCE 2010... January 21-31, 2010.

DISCOUNT TICKETS AVAILABLE for skiing! Save a bundle of money with our discount ski tickets! Our location in the heart of Old Town is hard to beat, so reserve your spot as soon as possible! BTW... be sure to check out our video link.

We have an outstanding location and all the comforts! Relax and enjoy yourselves in our cozy/fully furnished home away from home. Each bedroom comes with a Queen-size pillow top bed covered in your choice of luxurious 500 thread count pima sateen sheets or deluxe flannel sheets and premium bedspreads, as well as a LCD flat screen TV with cable. In addition, there's a fantastic new leather pull-out sofa in the living room along with a 36" LCD/HD flat screen TV/cable.

The kitchen is fully furnished, should you decide to cook that romantic dinner rather than venturing off to one of Park City's many wonderful Zagat's rated restaurants. (Need suggestions? Just ask us.) There is also a wet bar to chill your champagne... or blend that thirst-quenching margarita before heading off for some of the best/most reasonably priced authentic Mexican food this side of the border!

If it's a mountain playground you're looking for, Park City has everything you could desire, including the best powder on earth with amazing access to the mountain! We can assist you in securing excellent discount tickets to virtually any resort. In addition, we'll have the tickets waiting for you upon your arrival.

Our condo is literally steps away from Main Street and the Park City Town Lift, in historic Old Town, so a car is not really necessary. (It's a two minute walk outside our front door.) But, if needed, we have reserved covered parking (downstairs) and reserved off-street parking just outside of our back door on Woodside Avenue. If you're not up to strolling the streets, take the free trolley to the Main Street shops/nightlife or hop the free bus to the outer environs of the Olympic ski park or the Tanger Outlet Mall.

If it's simply rest and relaxation you're looking for, we would love to accommodate your needs. Kick back and enjoy a read from our collection of books, bring your own laptop for high speed internet surfing, listen to some music from of our variety of CDs, or enjoy one of our videos or DVDs on our 36" LCD flat screen TV in the living room. Many of our movies consist of Independent titles you might find at Sundance, but we also have a little something for everyone. Additionally, our stereo is compatible with virtually any iPod, as well. Maybe you'd just like to enjoy a relaxing massage/facial at one of the many excellent local spas! We will gladly point you in the right direction.

Whatever it is you're looking for, we live in Salt Lake City, so we're nearby and ready to attend to any needs and requests you might have for us. It is our pleasure to make your stay a comfortable and informative one. Our goal is to provide the type of service often stated, but rarely delivered these days when making reservations through one of the endless resort services. If you have more questions, don't hesitate to drop us a line or call us by phone. Kindly leave your email address or phone number and we'll get back to you as soon as possible... often within an hour or two!

For more photos and additional rates, simply email us and we'll get back to you at our earliest opportunity. Please specify the number of individuals in your party when requesting rate information.

NOTE: Please be advised that the condo has two flights of stairs to negotiate in the front of the building to the covered parking garage and a total of five stairs to negotiate at the rear entryway, so it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility problems, the elderly, or small children.

We loved your condo and the time spent skiing & snow boarding just flew by! Now, on to Moab for the rest of our vacation... Your help with the tickets was much appreciated, the basket of goodies (especially the wine) was such a nice touch, having three tvs and all the movies was much appreciated by our four boys, and the comfy accommodations in such a great location will bring us back for sure! Cindy & Kathleen, We had a GREAT time. What a wonderful location and great condo! The gift basket was a welcome surprise for weary travelers. You really went above & beyond with all the little "extras". Thanks for all your help & advice when planning this trip & for the ski passes. We highly recommend Mountain Body Spa (especially after a day of skiing). It's only one block away! Mike, Jaimie, Josh, & Gwen

Cindy & Kathleen, Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful condo with us. We love your decor and we really enjoyed the "Three Blind Moose" cabernet. My youngest son found your loft and he slept and spent a lot of time up there. Thanks for all the goodies, too! We got to know the people at Utah Golf & Ski and the pizza place... both were great! The only sad thing is that Bad Ass Coffee is gone. (My husband loved it when he was out here last year.) I'm a coffee lover, so I would have liked to have tried it. Why don't you guys open up a coffee place up here? Thanks again, The Moores. Tom, Amy, Rob, Tommy, & Jackson from New York

Kathleen & Cindy, Thanks for the use of your unit. The location was great... either skiing in at the end of the day or stumbling back at the end of the night. Even though it was 4 guys crammed in here, we appreciated the small touches like the basket of treats and the soft towels. And BONUS! We didn't break anything major! Thanks for the help with the lift tickets and everything else. John Doyle, et. al. Chicago, ILL

So thanks... you really thought of everything to make our stay extra nice. We love the location so close to town & the resort. The kids had a great time on the alpine slide, zipline, etc. We have also enjoyed the parade of homes! Thank you again & we would love to stay again! Matt & Kristen Mecham & Kids
