My wife and I stayed here and had a wonderful time! The owners were very easy to communicate with and they made sure that we had everything that we needed. The building is very quiet and secure. We felt safe. There is a security guard at the gate and another one at a front desk area in each building. Additionally, you must have a key to get into the building and another to get into your room. The condo itself is clean and serviceable. There are very good places to eat within walking distance. We highly suggest the Brass Cactus and Boardrider's.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

My family and I stood for 5 nights and loved staying here! The apartment is very clean and we LOVED the view from the balcony overlooking Luquillo Beach. We will be returning soon and we will let our family and friends know about the apartement for the future! We visit Puerto Rico often as our family lives there.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Great place to stay for vacation or business.Great building staff, good security 24 hours.Owners:Very nice people,easy going to make business with. Apt:fully equiped, you will have everything you need & a lot of extras. Very good price & excellent location!!Good entertaining & secure areas for the kids!!they will loved!!! My recomendation for the owners to improve:Get a better & Updated A/C unit. The rest it's just perfect. Thank you for the good service!!!

We had a great time in this property! My favorite beach as a child and now we found a place we can go to when we come down and visit. The building and the apt was maintained very well. It was exactly what we wanted! If you are looking to just be able to unwind and wake up to the sound of the ocean this is the place. This place is perfect for two people who are trying to get away.
