This home is an amazing rental. Located very close to Rollins College, this home was an amazing find! The owner, Juan, was so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, unless you want it the week I want it! All weekend my friends kept telling me what an amazing house I found!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Dear Juan, We're back in Buffalo and it's 10 degrees (which is the warmest part of the day) and longing to be back in Winter Park. I want to thank you for such a wonderful time and adding to the excitement of our family wedding. The house was lovely- everything and more than what we expected. It was perfect for all of us and really set well with our grandchildren and their parents!. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and convenient for all and the fabulous, completely stocked kitchen with every pot and pan, serving piece (right down to the wine glasses) were fabulous. Cancellation policy:
Short Term Lease Agreement The owners agree to rent the property located at 2625 Aloma Ave. Winter Park Florida 32792 to the tenants on the requested dates shown in the inquiry. Owner will provide a fully furnished property that sleeps 8-10 people paying for all water, electric, Internet, cable, landscaping and pool service. Rent agreed is 100% refundable over 60 days prior to check in. Only 50% is refundable 31-59 days prior to check in. No refunds 30 days or less before arrival. Tenant will exercise care with all household items and any incidentals will be cover up to $1,500 with the property protection insurance included in the quoted rent. Tenants are not allowed to sublease the property. Tenants agree not to hold the owners responsible for any Injuries, accident or losses occurred in the premises during the tenant rental period. It is optional for the tenant to purchase his own accident or rental insurance. Tenant will be obligated to obey all city ordinances and homeowners association rules, including noise levels and parking zones. Tenant must vacate the premises at the end of the rental period. No extensions will be permitted. Check in time is after 4pm and check out time before 10 am. This is our simple rental agreement. By clicking "I Agree" you can proceed to complete your reservation.
