Ocean Villa is a brand new (January 2007) 23 story high-rise with two parking levels under the building and a 3 story parking garage across the street with a covered walk over the road attaching to the third floor. Our condominiums are all extra clean and have almost everything you could imagine for your visit.
Handicap rails are on the walls of CUSTOM TILE showers. There is a tub/shower in the 2nd bathroom.
No pets, no smoking, no carts and dead fish or animals brought into any of our condominiums please. No fish fries in the rooms or deep frying or shrimp boils. Sorry this damages and stinks up room for next guest. Please do not use white towels or wash cloths to remove makeup. Please use tissues or bring your own wash cloths to remove makeup. If you do any of these please do not rent from us.
Any of these can cause your damage deposit to be charged plus damages. Guests must have a responsible person over 25 in the room. Under 25 years old, $1000 damage deposit.
We are very picky about our condos and try to keep them clean as possible for every guest. White Towels, provided. We ask you to leave the condo mostly clean. Upon arrival do not bring luggage cart in condo. Remove all comforters and place in top of closets or top of bunk if not using. Do not put luggage on bedspreads or your body. These are never cleaned and must stay looking new. Please do not eat in bedrooms or on living room furniture. Our guests love how clean our condos are and we expect our guests to help by treating it as your own.
WE HAVE THREE NEW 2 BR/2 BA CONDOS AVAILABLE IN OCEAN VILLA. TWO SIDE BY SIDE ON 5TH FLOOR AND ONE PENTHOUSE ON THE 23RD FLOOR.

- Air Conditioning: If Air is on keep doors closed. Please only open sliding glass door to go in and out or turn air off if you want the doors left open. If you leave the door open and condo is damaged or air conditioner is damaged you will be charged for repairs. We have had to replace an air conditioner due to someone running the air and leaving the door open. Please be very considerate of our property in this matter. Thank you for understanding. It is fine to leave the doors open only if the humidity is low and the air is left off.

If you take items out of the room or damage them you will be charged to replace them. They are not for cleaning vehicles or anything dirty. Please use paper towels if you need to clean something.

Ocean Villa is in the heart of Pamana City Beach, close to the intersection of Thomas Drive on Front Beach Road. We like Panama City Beach because you can easily get from Front Beach Road, to Back Beach or Middle Beach so you are not hung up in traffic.

Ocean Villa has 2 levels of parking under the building and a large parking deck across the street with a raised walkway over the road. There is no long walk to the pool or beach. Just a few steps to the elevators, then to the pool or beach. We enjoy the beach service and hope all our guest do also.
