Sea and Sand Cottage is the perfect beachfront retreat for family and friends. Imagine being just ten steps from the sand and a two-minute walk to the Santa Cruz Harbor’s dining and recreation.
Overlooking Twin Lakes Beach, the large patio features a fire-pit, outdoor dining area, gas BBQ, and outdoor shower. Listen to the waves crash while roasting marshmallows or grilling up dinner for the family.
This classic beach cottage sleeps up to 4 adults(kids under 12 not included in this max.) and has a full bath, inside laundry and detached game room with foosball table, games, tv/dvd/vcr and additional sink/vanity/mirror. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker. Newly updated and decorated, the home has two flat screen televisions, and a DVD/VHS player. Linens and towels are provided, as are a washer/dryer and iron. Off street parking is available for two cars. No pets. No smoking.

GREAT LOCATION!!! We loved this beach rental! We rented it for Thanksgiving 2010 and it suited all of our needs. The cottage was well equipped and tastefully decorated. Our family loved it! Cant wait to stay again!!!

I had never tried a vacation rental before, but I had a daughter graduating from UCSC and hotel rates and availability were horrific. This cottage was perfect! It is exactly as described, great location, great patio, servicable kitchen and bathroom and a washer/dryer, plus an outdoor BBQ. I thought I would never go to Santa Cruz again after my daughter graduated but this lovely cottage would bring me back. The location was ideal and both the cottage and carriage house were nicely decorated, and the patio was designed for outdoor living. The owners had good communication and were very helpful. The pictures are exactly it. Lovely property...Great experience. Thank You.
