Located directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This eighth floor unit has outstanding views through its gulf-front and gulf-side windows. Enjoy watching the dolphins swim and the breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony. Walking distance to state park. 820 square foot unit. Master bedroom with king-size bed and private bath, half bath off living area, full kitchen, roomy living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, with dining area, entry into hallway, and private balcony. High-speed internet.

Three-hundred (300) feet of beach with beach service, large outdoor pool. There is beach service available on the beach but I also provide folding beach chairs and lounges for renters use, New hot tub, and indoor pool. New fitness center and showers, conference room with kitchen, 24 hour security, three (3) elevators, and large lobby. The facility has been completely remodeled. New small and quaint shopping center across the street.

  • The condo was great. We loved the "extra" window in the living room! It feels so open and the view is fantastic. The kitchen was stocked so wonderfully that we went to Joe Patti's and cooked in most nights. With that patio view, we had the best dining on the key! Perdido Sun is a great complex to stay in to enjoy the beach. The indoor pool is a bonus.
