Relaxing and Peaceful

If you are looking for a relaxing and peacful location, this is the one for you. We only had a few days to stay but it was wonderful. This condo was very clean and comfortable. The condo is equipped with everything you need. There are stores nearby to purchase your groceries. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful to us. We enjoyed several meals on the large balcony. Great views of the water greet you from the living room/kitchen. We saw dolphins each day of our stay. If you enjoy history, it is only a short drive to the Pensacola Lighthouse, Ft Barrancas and Ft. Pickens. The National Islands Seashore is very beautiful. Perdio Key is a great location, it is not far to Pensacola Beach, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. There are many things to do in this area and of course, you can do nothing at all but enjoy the relaxing beach! There was beach service to rent chairs and umbrellas for a reasonable price. We enjoyed staying on the beach for an entire afternoon until sunset. Bring the kids or bring your loved one and enjoy a great place to stay! I would recommend this to anyone.

We stayed a week for our honeymoon in Holly and Marc’s gorgeous condo. The view from the balcony was just breathtaking as was the décor throughout the whole place. It was very roomy, clean and well furnished. Everything about our stay was wonderful including the great restaurants nearby and a nice little sports bar across the street called “The Jellyfish”, which we highly recommend. . . :) It was all well worth the ten hour drive from our home in East Texas. This was my first experience seeing Florida and the Ocean. This condo was way above anything I ever expected. The view was spectacular. Each morning we sat and had our breakfast on the balcony and watched the dolphins. The interior of this condo was so clean and wonderfully decorated. The owner was so helpful to us. She made our visit so much more easier. The kitchen was so fully equipped. I love this place and will rent this condo again, and again!!

My husband and I spent a week at this beautiful condo in June. The condo was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The view is incredible and everyone working at the facility were so helpful and polite. We were definitely able to relax and enjoy a much needed week off from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We would highly recommend this location.

We have stayed at this unit twice now and have every intention of returning again. We love the view from the balcony and Holly and Marc have done everything to make the unit comfortable for a wonderful vacation. There are so many choices of accommodations in this area, and you can certainly find more expensive and elaborate rentals, but for relaxation and comfort we are very happy with our choice. Wonderful restaurants are available nearby and the friendly atmosphere of the area makes it worth our long trip. We appreciate the quiet atmosphere of the Perdido Sun after a long day on the beach. It's simply a lovely place to be!

Gorgeous, sunny, affordable condo in ideal beach location

We looked a long time for an affordable condo that combined a great location and view, high-quality, comfortable furnishings and that extra sun and warmth that we go to the Panhandle to find, This condo met all our requirements and then some. The space is ideal for relaxing and having the option of cooking and enjoying a meal "at home." We loved buying fresh fish in local markets and making the best meals for ourselves. Despite the December temperatures, we were able to sit outside on the balcony and bask in the sun. The building's outdoor hot tub was great for stargazing and the indoor pool was warm and inviting. We found Holly and Marc to be very accommodating and easy to deal with. The next time we go (and there will be a next time) we will make sure we have clearer directions for the internet and the DVD player -- we could have contacted them for help but we were having too good a time to care!

Our stay at the condo was a real pleasure!. The condo itself was clean, attractive and well equipped. The location overlooking the Gulf is great, quiet but close to nice restaurants. Working with Holly and Marc was a pleasure during the booking process. They were professional and went out of their way to be helpful. We highly recommend this condo for anyone interested in this area of the Gulf. Larry & Liliane ps: Just love the color of the new sofa and love seat.

Absolutely loved the location, condo, view!! The only reason I did not give this a 5 star was because when you walk in, the smell of cigarette smoke kind of hits you in the face, but its just at first. Also, the bedroom needs some "black out" curtains. The light from outside kept us up all throughout the night. Otherwise, we will definately go back. We will just take something dark to hang over the windows or go outside and unscrew the lightbulbs keeping us up. Thanks for a great vacation!

Owner response:We regret that the guests were met by some cigarette smoke at first but this is not the norm. This is a non smoking condo. Unfortunately from time to time there might be a guest staying in the condo that violates the non-smoking rule.

Although the weather wasn't as warm as we would have liked, this condo helped to make up for it. Very comfortable and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Watched the dolphin swim by in the morning and enjoyed the great sunsets in the evening. Very well equipped amd the new carpet in the bedroom was like walking on air. Holly was very helpful in answering any questions that I had before going and the staff at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet, peaceful place. Will be checking for availability on our next trip to the Pensacola area.

The condo was great. We loved the "extra" window in the living room! It feels so open and the view is fantastic. The kitchen was stocked so wonderfully that we went to Joe Patti's and cooked in most nights. With that patio view, we had the best dining on the key! Perdido Sun is a great complex to stay in to enjoy the beach. The indoor pool is a bonus.
