  The apartment was nice, comfortable and clean and Roberto was great. The apartment complex has a nice pool with a view of the lagoon and is 2 minutes from the beach. Roberto helped us out with any questions we had and was easy to contact. The area is a little pricey, but we were able to find a couple affordable restaurants nearby. There was an enterprise right down the street where we got a great deal on a car and did a day trip to the rainforest and the biobay. We also got picked up in the area to go on a snorkeling tour and had a great time on that. The apartment was a great deal and I would definitely recommend it. We had an amazing time and were grateful for how helpful Roberto was.

  Could not ask for a better first experience with online vacation rentals. Roberto was friendly and accommodating with our changing flight schedule and was helpful at every turn. The room is exactly how it is described...cute, charming and beautifully located. We had 5 people living comfortably for a week and half and would most definitely stay here again. The Playa de Condado was a short five minute walk with interesting souvenir shops and restaurants along the way. This was an awesome place to plan our island adventures from and to retreat to after a fun-filled day. Thank you, Roberto!

  My stay was very good. Thanks to Roberto for accomodating us. Got to the apartment at about midnight on Saturday and was met by dad Roberto who knowing the late hour that we would arrive, provided snacks and drinks for us. Thanks very much Roberto, that was a good start to our vacation. Apartment was very comfortable for my family of four. Lots of space and sleeping options. The bus passed right out front and was very convenient though at times we had to wait very long. We would stay at this property again. Thanks Roberto

  Within my stay there, it was great. It was easy to be comfortable it's like having a apartment of your own in another place. Everyone was very lovely. The area is very good to be in. The area is very city like and great to get around. I loved my stay there,

  This apartment was in the perfect location. You have a 2 minute walk to the beach and it is great we went to the beach everyday. Then the food was amazing there are different restaurants and all types of food. You are close to all the attractions in Old San Juan just a short 10 minutes on the bus. You can also take a 5 minute ride on the ferry to the Bacardi Distillery. The apartment is exactly as its described its comfortable and if your on a budget its perfect. Roberto was great,he is very nice and gave us information that we needed. I highly recommend this apartment. We will be going back to stay next year. :)

  The directions were a bit fuzzy for the cab driver, but once we got there we were in love with the location. It was a 2minute walk to the beach next to the Concha hotel w/casino had a couple of drinks, great atmosphere Now the apt says room for 6 but we had 6 extra people and had room to move! Small kitchen 2 ppl the most in it but only 1 has to cook or go out to eat within walking distance. Going sightseeing took the #21 bus across the street (ha how easy is that) to old San Juan, coming home same bus stops in front of the building(great!!!). When you don't want to go the beach, the pool is just as good. It's in the end of a small, but large looking garden, near the Lagoon. What a great spot to look out and see the kayaks, or the surfers or maybe try it out for yourself. If you are looking for a great place to stay at a reasonable price, with lots of charm and location is near to perfect then this is the place to be would definitely stay here again.
