Why the Owner Chose Wailea Ekolu
When we asked Shirlene why she chose this unit she said, "This spacious unit is on the first floor and surrounded by beautiful gardens. It's close to the pool, very quiet, and you can park right outside the front door which works well for seniors and young children. Located in a quiet area away from the road it has a view of the ocean and is very private."
I was able to count 22 varieties of birds that greeted me in the morning and really enjoyed sitting in the garden sipping my coffee in the morning or having a leisurely BBQ dinner on the lanai after coming back from the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This condo is all about comfortable and class with a Hawaiian flair and I have to rave about the new king size bed. It was great for my back. For those who travel to the island to relax and kick back you can't miss with this one. The 2 newly remodeled bathrooms were perfect for my wife and me since we had our own privacy and didn't have to wait for eachother before taking off for the day.
Another great thing is the Parking is FREE and with everything we had to haul in and out of the car it was really nice to have it close to the front door. By the way - Shirlene has beach towels, hair dryers, ice chests and beach chairs which saved us a lot of money and was an added bonus.
Be sure to keep this unit on your list when you're trying to decide. Shirlene was a great help and was able to easily answer our questions and was always happy to hear from us.
Beautifully remodeled 1bd/2bath. Parking FREE directly in from of your unit. Quiet location close to the pool with ocean/garden views. Perfect for relaxation and romance.

Shirlene & her little black and tan doxie (Deani) designed, remodeled and decorated this beautiful unit. They normally live on the island but have returned to San Jose, CA temporarily to work with her employees at Signing Pro, Inc, a nationwide document signing service that assists individuals who wish to sign at home or at work while closing their real estate purchases or refinances.
Both Deani and Shirlene are Maui girls who love the sun and surf. Feel free to ask Shirlene to assist you. She provides a book of ideas for fun things to do on the island in the condo for you to review at your leisure.
