Beautiful contemporary just 8 years old in a private pine woods setting at the end of a sand road just before turn-off for town of Wellfleet, and minutes to Indian Neck and Mayo Beaches, or oceanside beaches. Close to everything, but a quiet location. Only two houses on this road. You can enjoy the large back deck area for sunning, or the private deck off the Master Bedroom. Dine on the screened porch off the great room area. Enjoy reading a book in front of the fireplace on rainy days.
On the main level an open plan living area permits dining at the long country table, while viewing the birds at the feeders off the deck, or keeping the cook company in the kitchen while relaxing in the living area. A half bath is off of the TV room.
The ground level has a queen-sized bed, TV and private bath/shower and its own private entrance way. An outside shower is also located on the ground level. The second level has a queen-sized canopy bed in the Master Bedroom and a jacuzzi tub and shower in the Master Bath. A private porch and third level porch (with a peek at the water) is located off the Master Bedroom. The second level also has a second bedroom with four twin beds and private bath with tub and shower.

I grew up vacationing two weeks every summer just down the road from this house. I have a large family of six and was looking for a fairly large house. I found this Gem. Close to everything Wellfleet has to offer...Beach, Bay, Ponds, Drive-in, etc. My family had a blast. Only problem is my wife now wants everything this house has....granite counter tops, 3 season porch, open layout, etc. Overall we had a very enjoyable vacation in Wellfleet. A great house to come home to after a day at the beach. Won't be the last time we rent this house.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Surrounded by woods, with a view of Wellfleet Harbor from tri-leveled decking, this is the perfect spot to vacation. Breezes blow in from the huge windows and doors in this very private setting on a private street. The house sleeps 8 (+), is walking distance to picturesque downtown Wellfleet over the famous Uncle Tim's Bridge and the Wellfleet Harbor, with easy access to Route 6 and all of the many restaurants and shops. Every possible amenity is offered for your convenience from kyaking to fishing to barbequing. It's a short drive into Provincetown and its beautiful dunes. Just a spectacular place to vacation!

We had a fabulous week-better than we dreamed! Thanks for letting us share your incredible home-we would love to do this again and again! We are in and enjoyed the great big table and the decks! Our favorite activities- surfing daily at White Crest beach, biking, long walks, exploring the towns, the multiple decks and screened porch - absolutely perfect after a summer of rain-filled days the sun shone all week!
