Beautiful contemporary in a private pine woods setting at the end of a sand road just before turn-off for town of Wellfleet, and minutes to Cove Beach, or oceanside beaches. Close to everything, but a quiet location. Only two houses on this road. You can enjoy the large back deck area for sunning, or the private deck off the Master Bedroom. Dine on the screened porch off the great room area. Enjoy reading a book in front of the fireplace on rainy days.
On the main level an open plan living area permits dining at the long country table, while viewing the birds at the feeders off the deck, or keeping the cook company in the kitchen while relaxing in the living area. A half bath is off of the TV room.
The ground level has a queen-sized bed and private bath/shower and its own private entrance way. An outside shower is also located on the ground level. The second level has a queen-sized canopy bed in the Master Bedroom and a jacuzzi tub and shower in the Master Bath. A private porch and third level porch (with a peek at the water) is located off the Master Bedroom. The second level also has a second bedroom with four twin beds and private bath with tub and shower.
