They don't call it "The Oceans" for nothing,just crack the sliding glass door and you will find out.The sounds of the ocean are just beyond the door.The complex is "L" shaped and our condo is in the corner of the "L",this wall helps amplify the ocean sounds and protect you from the hot sun & cold northeast winds.All of the condos at "The Oceans" are direct oceanfront units.
Our non-smoking condominium is a family owned second home that we hope our guest will enjoy.We are not a rental agent or a property management company.We want you to have a great time on your vist to the beach.We will be glad to help with your questions, even if you do not stay with us.The photos and descriptions here are of our condominium and not a model home.This is your vacation,please take the time to ask questions and make sure you spend your money wisely.Our goal is to help you have an enjoyable vacation and become a repeat guest.If you require more space we have a small comfortable cottage on the mainland at Sunset Beach,NC.
The property is "THE LARGEST {950 SQ. FT.}", one-bedroom, one-and-one-half bath,direct oceanfront condominium on the beach,THE EXTRA "1/2 BATH / DRESSING ROOM" IS A BIG DEAL WHEN GETTING READY TO GO OUT ON THE TOWN.THE NEW KING SIZE BED WELCOMES YOU BACK HOME WHEN YOU ARE READY FOR A COZY REST. Located at 2500 North Ocean Boulevard our condo provides a spectacular ocean/pool view from the spacious seventh floor balcony. It is fully furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen.New carpet was installed in december 2010 and feels great on bare feet.
Unit 708 at"THE OCEANS" is located in a building with security entry, two elevators, and a laundry facility. The first three levels are covered parking decks.The covered parking decks help protect you are your car from the elements. The direct oceanfront pool is located on the fourth floor and has a large deck area with plenty of seating. There is a air-conditioned pool-side lounge with cable tv,books for loan and restrooms for your convenience.
It is located one block from Main Street shopping and restaurants.
Our property is managed by: "Beach Vacations" .There is a nearby office for key pick up and registration.Their staff are available should you have any questions or require additional services.The Beach Vacations office will handle the financial transaction for you via credit card after we get a confirmation number for you.We rent to families and responsible adults only.

WE BOUGHT OUR CONDO AT "THE OCEANS" BECAUSE A FRIEND OF OURS TOLD US TO BUY A OCEANFRONT CONDO MADE OF CONCRETE AND STEEL AND GET AS CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING AS POSSIBLE....AND THAT IS WHAT WE DID.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
THE OCEANFRONT VIEW IS GREAT AND THE UNITS AT THE OCEANS WERE BUILT BACK IN THE 80'S WHEN THEY BUILT THEM LARGE.THE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS ARE JUST ACROSS AND DOWN THE STREET AND ALL THE BEACH ACTION IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR COMPLEX.MY FAVORITE IS THE PARKING DECK...ALWAYS PLENTY OF SPACES AND COVERED FROM THE SUN AND RAIN.
NICE PLACE TO SEE THE BACKSIDE OF THE ISLAND...LOTS OF BIRDS AND MARSH VIEWS

We really enjoyed this condo.....great views, great pool, very convenient. It was more spacious that other one bedroom condos we have stayed in in the past. Very clean and well equipped.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We just stayed in this condo for the second time and thoroughly enjoyed it again. It's got an amazing ocean view, is very comfortable, well-equipped, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. I especially appreciate how clean it is on check in. The only cons I'd mention are the sofa bed and the provided linens. Our granddaughter stayed with us one night, and we found the mattress on the sofa bed to be uncomfortable. We also found no sheets for it anywhere in the condo. Fortunately I had some with us. The towels provided by the rental company are thin. You'd be better served to bring your own. That said, I'd book this place again in a heartbeat.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

The view is absolutely wonderful and location couldn't be better. The condo is within walking distance of all the amenities you could want. Enjoyed ourselves and will return! The owners were great to work with and most helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. And while you are there go to Duffy Street Seafood Shack! Simply awesome!

Randy And Lynn--Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We had an awesome time. The view of the beach, very spacious, clean, and cozy. Love the big red sofa. Everyone we met there was so nice. We were both so relaxed on this much needed vacation. And do hope we can visit again next year. (Oh yeah) We fell in love with Bazil's Itilain. 2 things that made our vacation perfect was your condo and the sweet potatoes at Boulineau's. Compared to the other one-bedroom condos we have rented, this was was very spacious. Access to the beach was awesome - no dunes to climb over, or stone walls. This also meant the view from the balcony was completely unobstructed. My 12 year old son liked all of the entertainment MB has to offer and my husband loved the free wi-fi poolside. Speaking of the pool - you can sit there and observe the entire beach while soaking up the rays. All transactions with the rental agency were painless and smooth. We highly recommend this unit.

Lynn & Randy - We just returned from our week long stay at your condo. It was everything you said it was and more. You couldn't ask for a better location. The beachfront of the property is not crowded like it was up and down the beach, and being able to walk for breakfast, dinner, groceries, souvenirs, to the post office, ice cream, you name it you could do it without getting in your car. We only took our car out twice to go to a few attractions. Your place is nicely furnished and the amenities plenty. The large balcony and great view were our favorite parts. All we really needed was our personal items and groceries and we were set for the week. Thank you so much for offering you condo to us. It was a great family vacation. I hope we get to come back once I get the courage to travel through the WV mountains again:) I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends. You are the nicest people I have ever dealt with. So nice to deal directly with the owners. Thank you for giving us a great place to relax.
