  The condo was nice, clean and just as the description says steps from the ocean. The photos are an accurate rep. Owner was extremely helpful meeting us at the airport and leading us to the condo to let us in and show us around (even with a 2AM arrival time)! Condo could have been better supplied with "beachy" type stuff..... beach chairs, portable cooler a little more info on the local area and where to go for groceries, breakfast... etc. I would rent the same place again. Note to owner a large sharp kitchen knife and a blender would be great additions to the otherwise well stocked kitchen.

  This was the perfect place for us. The apartment is just as it is in the pictures. I miss it already. It was five of us who went, my husband,myself, 8 year old daughter, 24 year old son and 76 year old mom. With all of the age differences, we knew that a hotel would not do. I was so happy to see that everyone in my family was so happy. The pool is so close and great, as-well-as the perfect beach. The aircondtioning was in excellent working condition, which was one of my biggest concerns ( my mom has respiratory problems) Even though I didn't cook too much, I needed to cook a couple of times for my little one who is extremely fussy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and is so beautiful. This was our first experience renting someones place, so we were a little concerned about how things would go. They went great, better than I could have asked for. The best part was that Jose, would communicate like no one else would. I emailed 16 homeaways in Isabela, and only three responded quickly. Jose was one of them. We knew we wanted a pool and beach nearby and choose his property. Through out all the transactions, he always replied quickly which brought much comfort to my concerns. I would recommed this property highly. My family was totally happy and talking about returning. We all miss our vacation spot. We want to thank Jose from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to rent his property and for the great communication he kept with us. Muchas Gracias and God Bless!

  The rental was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. This was our first trip to PR. Isabela/Jobos area is quiet and easily found. The pool is super clean and warm. The beaches are rugged but beautiful great for long walks. This is a wonderful place to come and relax but if you are looking for nightlife you will not find it here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Groceries are with in ten minute drives. There is a bakery up the hill from the Ocean Front Motel w/ great local meals and terrific donuts. Wave Riding Vehicles is a friendly surf shop and a great place to try stand up paddle boards. Shacks beach is a good choice for snorkeling. This was a wonderful trip for our honeymoon.

  This place was perfect for my family. We stayed for to weeks in January- it went so fast! The apartment has everything you need. The owner was so helpful. He met us at the airport when we arrived at 1:30am. He took us to the unit and made sure we were settled. He even provided a pack n play for our one year old. The apartment was so perfect for children. The layout of the apartment works well with a toddler. It is an open floor plan so you can see them at all times.There is lot's of things to see and do- secret waterfalls, beaches, and especially good waves for my husband to surf. The people were friendly, the pool, beach, location, and weather was awesome. I am sorry we had to return to the cold grey days in Virginia. We look forward to resuming our early cocktail hour and returning to Puerto Rico- soon!

  What a wonderful home away from home getaway. Beautiful surroundings with breathtaking views. Perfect for a family or just some friends who want to get away from it all. Very clean, private, convenient location. My grandfather lives in Isabela so I'm familiar with the area. This is by far the best place I've stayed. A short walk down the beach is a natural sheltered beach area perfect for small kids. It has a natural lagoon that is great for snorkeling on calm days. Would recommend to anyone in fact did recommend to a couple sitting next to me on the airplane.

  We just came back from PR last week and loves Isabella. We were there with our 2 boys. They loved the pool and we walked many times on the beach. Loved the beach and never got tired of seeing those crashing waves. Jose was very accessible and the apartment had everything we needed. Thanks for the great place. Diane Ontario Canada

  My family and I just came from 20 days vacation at this beautiful, convenient, well located and relaxing condo. This condo as well as the area are second to none. These 20 days, by far has been the best vacation time we have taken in the last 7 years because of the condo's environment. I highly recommend this condo to anyone. It is second to none as well as the excellent services provided by Jose, the owner. We are presently planning to return to this spot in the near future.   My family consisting of 2 daughters 16 and 13, my wife and myself, stayed for 7 days in this newly furnished beautiful condo, competely secure and private...we usually stay at a different location on a regular basis...after staying at this beautiful place with the Pool literally 20 feet away from the balcony and Jacuzzi the same distance, plus the private access gate to the beach which is only 50 feet away is incredible, all appliance are new, plus Air Conditioning and the view is breath taking, every night we went to sleep with the Ocean waves crashing against the rocks, we all slept like babies...and for those early risers the sunrise is unbelieveable, take a short walk down the beach, climb the rock and wait for God to paint another masterpiece...we will be back soon...missit already...thanks Jose

  I recently spent 12 wonderful days with family members at this relaxing and convenient spot. Jose, the owner was very accomodating and we had a great time. I would recommend this condo to anyone, especially a family. The pool is sparkling and the nearness to the beach and to restaurants make it a perfect vacation. The condo is very clean and has all the necessities for a relaxing time. We very much hope to returnin the future.

  We just recently completed a 5 day stay at this location. The owner went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our visit. This is a wonderful beachfront location with a pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this site to anybody who is looking to stay in a quiet location with a small family. Within just a short walk you can enjoy the beach in a sheltered area which is perfect for small children. Thanks for making our vacation perfect.
