Welcome to Putter Point Drive, a lovely sunny quiet street in the beach neighborhood of the Moorings. Our Naples home has been beautifully renovated with care to create a fabulous open plan home that is perfect for a Florida holiday experience, whether it is a family escape or a seasonal stay.
The Moorings neighborhood is one of the most sought after areas in Naples as it runs along the beach, has its own Private Moorings Beach Paark while being in the heart of all that is on offer. The Moorings Private Beach is just a two minute drive (0.80 mi) to the south with private permit parking or under a half mile to the Naples Public Beach on the north side of the bay. We have bicycles for our guests to use and permits for the private beach parking. The galleries and restaurants of 5th Avenue are 5 minute drive to the south while the wonderful Waterside Shoppes are a short drive to the north, we lie directly between the two.
This beautifully furnished, three bedroom, three full bath home features an open and spacious floor-plan which is ideal for entertaining, with three luxuriously renovated bathrooms, vaulted ceilings in living room, new appliances, new wood, stone and unpolished marble flooring. Wireless Internet throughout our home. We have installed the Buzz-Off Outdoor Misting system that almost eliminates flying mosquitoes and No-see-ums so you have the effect of a screen. So you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle without the pests! In total privacy.
The house has a real heart to it and would be ideal for a family get together or for those looking to entertain during their stay in Naples. The entire great room opens up to the backyard with four-sets of French Doors onto the deck and pool area for even more open-plan living. 42" Satellite HD DirecTV television with CD/DVD/Radio. The Kitchen is open plan with a large bar. The Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the appliances that you might need for and instant meal to a family feast.
The light and airy guest bedroom has just been reconfigured with a new king bed and soft furnishings; which can be converted to two twin beds to give our guests more sleeping flexibility. Satellite TV with DVD/VHS player. The guest bedroom is adjacent to a full guest bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower.
The third bedroom has a mural of the everglades on two walls and is ideal for children as it has two sets of bunk beds so for bigger families with four children (or extra guests) they can all be together in one room. There is plenty of space to run around and they will have with their own en-suite bathroom with a "rain" shower (We have four children!). The beds have new full adult size mattresses on them. French doors opening up onto the deck and pool.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed. It also has a home office area with Comcast Wireless Internet, 42" flat screen television with DirecTV, a walk-in closet and a luxurious shower with double shower heads - enough room for the whole family if needed. It also has two sets of Plantation shuttered French Doors opening up onto the deck and pool.
The home has a large tropical backyard protected against insects by Buzz-Off Misting System and a kidney shaped heated pool with large deck is perfect for entertaining. The pool is an open air pool with a gas BBQ, deck chairs, outdoor dining table, umbrella and double recliners. We have a safety fence that can be put up around the pool if you have small children and do not want to worry about the risks of the open water.
Two-car garage. We also have some seasonal items - Halloween/Christmas are covered from a 7.5 foot pre-lit tree, ornaments, wreaths and some Halloween decorations, goody bags.
We also accept British Pounds for payment!

Why the Owner Chose Moorings
We have been visiting Naples for years mainly staying with family in the Moorings neighborhood. But when we started our own family we ventured further south and purchased a condo in Olde Naples. We quickly outgrew this and moved back to a quieter area that we loved. It is very centrally located but as there are so many no-through roads our children can ride their bikes in the street. When we first walked through the doors on Putter Point Drive I fell in love with it at first sight! It has been our family holiday get-a-way since.
This is the closest public beach and is the closest to the house. Parking here is on meters or by City Beach Permit. Bike racks are available.
The closest takeaway coffee to Putter Point Drive. Also good for Breakfast and sandwiches.
This is a very good playground which is near the food court at the mall. Very nice park is also near the zoo.
The Naples zoo is worth visiting to see the Alligators around 11am being fed every day in the warmer months and baby alligator petting when its colder.
