Come in, relax, and make yourself at home in our beautiful, spacious 2700sf home, just purchased mid-July 2006, with breathtaking views of the gulf and just a short walk to the beach. This is not your ordinary rental home. Its a second home to us and packed with an abundance of amenities that will give you the comfort of your home, plus more. Our home is furnished in a relaxing West Indies theme. It will comfortably accommodate twelve. But it's also perfect for three couples or as a much needed romantic getaway for two.
There is so much more to do in PCB than just playing in the sand. And we have just about everything you need but the food and drinks. We are on the quiet end of the beach near St. Andrew's State Park and the Grand Lagoon away from most of the heavy condo traffic, yet just a few minutes from all of the main beach attractions.
The living areas are all large and very open with lots of windows with great views. The first level is all tile and has a large master suite with a king bed, walk in tile shower, double vanity, large walk-in closet, private access to patio and pool, a second suite with queen bed and private bath, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer and access to patio and pool.
The second level is hardwood and has a large open family room with queen sofa sleeper, dining with seating and service for up to 12, upscale loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a tile half bath.
The third level has a large open bonus room with queen sofa sleeper plus a daybed with trundle, giving you 2 twins, and a toddler bed, an office area with a desk and a copy/printer/fax machine and computer modem with high-speed wireless internet, and a third suite with queen bed and private bath.
Enjoy looking out at the beautiful gulf views from our second or third floor covered decks, or swim in our private pool, take a stroll to the beach, play one of our many board games, watch one of your favorite DVDs, movies, or sport events on one of our big screen televisions, or just curl up with a good book. If you forgot yours you can borrow one from our "library".
If you need to get a little work done while on vacation, this is the place. You can sit at the table under the umbrella next to the pool or out on the deck looking out at the gulf with your laptop and use our wireless internet...much better than being at the office surrounded by four walls!

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*Primary renter must be at least 24 years old, verification required and occupy the residence for duration of rental period. The primary renter will be responsible for all damages and missing items of property during the rental stay regardless of fault. We take very good care of our home and would like for you to do the same. |
