Aaahh--your perfect beach family vacation home awaits you in the comfort of the Dolphin Den. This newly renovated two bedroom/two bathroom beach front condominium allows you to relax in luxury. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean, beach, and pool.
The ideal split bedroom floor plan provides privacy--the bedrooms/baths are on opposite sides of the family room/kitchen. Everything in this unit is brand new as of July 2006. Tastefully furnished to enhance your beach experience.
Includes a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, queen sofa sleeper and pack n play. There is a TV with DVD in each room.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Dining room table seats four, the bar seats three, plus a booster seat for baby. A list of our favorite restaurants is provided for your convenience. Grocery store and drug store is across the street.
Building has a library, beachfront pool, sauna, and workout room. The pool is heated seasonally--the night time temperature must be at least 65 degrees.
This is a great family spot with something for everyone. Enjoy all Daytona has to offer plus the Orlando attractions, just an hour's drive. Historical St. Augustine is a wonderful day trip not to be missed.
Just pack your swimsuit and go--we have everything you need. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, etc.
No pets, no smoking, no trailer parking on-site but available close by at drive in church.
