This brand new, spacious home is located 5 miles east of I-75 in a private, quiet gated community with the white sands of Santa Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key just 20 miles away. Shopping at the Prime Outlet Mall is minutes away and a short drive will land you in Sarasota and St. Armand's Circle. If Golf is what you desire, Bradenton is a golfer's dream with many golf courses located within a 20 minute drive from the residence. For the fisherman, there are several local marinas to service your needs. No need to hassle with the maintenance of a pool. The maintenance free community pool is just 2 doors away. The sunsets are absolutely beautiful while relaxing poolside. A beautiful nature walk is located within the community. The comfortable beds and high quality linens throughout the house lead to very restful nights. There are plenty of additional blankets, throws, etc available for snuggling up for a good movie or TV show.

The house is located just 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from Sarasota International Airport. Many great local attractions lead to great memories with Tampa, St. Pete and Sarasota providing many local entertainment venues. Among those is Busch Gardens in Tampa just 25 minutes away. Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios theme parks are located approximately 1 1/2-2 hour drive.
