Our home is nicely furnished. Has vaulted ceiling in living area. This is a split floor plan. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, master bath and sliders leading to pool area. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms are shared by one bathroom. The lanai is nicely furnished. It has a table with six cushioned chairs and to loungers. The pool has a safety barrier screen.Heated pool has southern exposure.
We are 10 minutes from Gulf beaches. Five minutes from (5) golf courses. One and half hours from Bush Gardens, 2 1/2 hours from Disney World. One hour from Sarasota and Sarasota Airport. Fifteen minutes from Port Charlotte mall, ten minutes from Boca Grande.
You will have the comfort of knowing that we are five minutes away if there is any issues that you may need addressed.

Loved this home. Very comfortable and immaculate, all the ammenities, pool/lanai is very roomy. Located on quiet street with no neighbors behind or on one side. Beats a hotel in a heartbeat. Only minutes from Englewood beach and 1hr or less from popular other beaches like Fort Meyers, Sarasota and the beautiful Siesta Key. The owners of the property are wonderful. Super nice and helpful. Kind of like having my parents for a landlord. Will definitely return.

If you've ever had reservations about renting from strangers via a website - do not hesitate on this one! Our experience renting this home from these people was wonderful right from the start. The home was beautiful, immaculate, more than adequately equipped and incredibly comfortable. It was a bonus that the owners were the nicest couple you could ever imagine!! Can't wait to return!

Loved our stay!Great landlord too! Home is in a very quiet neighborhood. The floor plan is very open and airy. The home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We stayed here with 2 separate families and had a great time. Loved the separate access in the masterbedroom to the lani/pool area in addition to the privacy from the other bedrooms. We would definately stay here again!
